This thing does not mount like any light fixture in the known world. It has a small mounting/wiring puck that has 2 mounting holes about 1.5 inches apart and a slide in groove for the light fixture to slide into. So you have to mount the puck thing and wire it in, however you can make it work, then slide the light fixture into the puck. Absolutely nothing on this light is standard. Getting it to mount sort of flush was also tricky. The supplied hardware was unusable without leaving a quarter inch gap between the fixture and the ceiling. I ended up screwing it directly to one of the 4" round ceiling box cover screw holes. Luckily the whole fixture is light enough it will hold fine with only one screw. Recommendation; Get a regular light fixture and LED bulb instead of this thing. ... show more

I bought this to replace a standard 3 bulb fixture in my wife's closet. The installation was easy. They use a bracket that mounts to the ceiling, and the light itself just slides on the bracket. Total time for installation was about 10 minutes. It's significantly brighter that the light fixture we had that used 3 LED lightbulbs. But since it's warm white, it's not harsh on the eyes, like the bright white lights can be. ... show more

This light replaced a closet light that was mounted to an electrical junction box in the ceiling. It was easy to install and is very, very bright which we really like. I did not use the included electrical connectors (they call them "wire nuts" in the listing) because I didn't feel they held the wires tightly enough - so instead I used regular wire nuts (this is just a personal preference). The only other thing I noticed is that it doesn't sit completely flush with the ceiling when mounted to a junction box, but it isn't really that noticeable. ... show more

Not very easy to install as said, had to use my own wire nuts as wires pulled out of supplied "wire nuts" not really wire nuts! Luckily I know electrical. For someone who doesn't, may be a challenge. Also I installed similar light previously so not as bad. Very bright for size! Just needed small light and per picture, this is perfect. Onto the next job... ... show more

Bought to replace a malfunctioning LED ceiling light that was in my house when purchased. Super bright. Definitely brighter than my old unit. Looked up the wiring for my home vs the worlds standard and was able to figure it out pretty easily. Replaced 2 lights on my first floor so they’d match. Considering getting 1 more for the first floor bedroom too so they all match. I’ll update if they fail or have issues but so far so good. The light was easy to install. The only small issue I had was fitting my old wires into the light because of how hard they are to bend but once you get them to bend the right way it’s literally the easiest thing to do by just sticking the wires into the correct slots.
