There is little to dislike, but I don’t know why there is a solid red light and a blinking red feature. The blinking light is much better to indicate a problem if there was a need for help. Product worked 2 times. When I needed it this week (would have been 3rd time).... it was dead. Would not recharge. How disappointing. Very very dissatisfied. This is 45 days after receiving. I want a refund. System says return window closed at end of 30 days. An emergency light is not fully tested in 30 days. That is the point. Used in power outage situations.
