I'm coming from the XP3.0 which is a great bike. BUT, I'm a small rider and I always felt a bit overwhelmed by the size and the weight! Ordered this Xp2.0 Lite and it arrived today, way ahead of time. I feel like I'm poured into it. Had to get used to the single speed, but I love it. Stayed mostly in PAS1. Tons of power, some ghost pedaling which, frankly, I'm glad for. I just spin lightly. The carbon belt is smooth and responsive and I would think that it reduces the weight a bit. As far as weight goes. This XP2.0 is close to 20 pounds lighter than the XP3.0. I can move this one around easily. No problem lifting it. The black is glossy and stealthy looking. I had a total blast on it today. Great responsive steering and a nice range for tire pressure. For dealing with our chip-seal and not great roads, I inflat to 50 up front and 55 in back. Perfect. I don't miss the front shock at all. But I'm coming from mtn biking and road biking. Just get up on the pedals and absorb the shock. The bike handles the "shock" beautifully. Lectric should figure out how to dampen the battery so it doesn't make noise. All of us have figured out how to take care of that, but they do get a demerit for that. But that's the ONLY one. Anyway. I don't think the bike is for really tall people. I'm only 5'2" and it's perfect for me. I'm over the Moon about this bike. ... show more

Wow i was skeptical about dropping 1k on this bike . when i opened the box it was together and running in an hour. it was wrapped so well and it is very adjustable for the rider . it is very well engineered and rugged. my wife loves it.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I received this bike on August 6 and have not been able to use it (it is now November 3). I knew that there was something wrong with it on my first ride. With a full charge, I was barely able to get home after a 5 mile ride. I contacted Lectric Bikes customer service through their web site. I was told that they could not help me because I had purchased it from Amazon. They said that there was a special process for getting help through Amazon. They never sent me the required paperwork. After I sent a second request to them and got no response, I took it to a local bike shop that services Lectric bikes. After some time, they said that they had determined that the battery was defective and would be replaced under warranty. Later I was told that the battery was backordered and would not be shipped until October 20. I still have not received it! My email inbox is flooded with offers to sell me a new bike. My question is: where are they getting batteries for the new ones they continue to sell? Why can't they use one of those batteries to help out an existing customer? Of course the return period has expired because they stalled so long that I really have no idea whether or not the bike would be satisfactory if it had a good battery in it. Update 11/9/2025: I finally got the battery that was promised but they neglected to send a key for it. You can't use the bike without a key! ... show more

Love the bike but doubly it from Amazon. My headlight went out after a month or so and Lectric couldn’t help me though the regular customer service I had to go through Amazon. All it did is send me in a circle. So I gave up and ordered a cheap one.

I was looking for a bike that I could easily put into the back of my car or a trunk and this one seem to be a good fit. Upon receiving the bike, I was pleasantly surprised that it was 95% assembled. Just had to adjust the screen and control placement quickly tightening them into place. After a quick charge, I was riding the bike same day. I would say this bike is a fantastic travel bike and provides many of the advantages of a scooter or smaller vehicle with the added security of hydraulic disc brakes on upright riding position and a comfortable seat. ... show more

I don't think Lectric realizes that even we want to put a $200-$400 U lock, we can't, ..... they only fit the parking pole and MAY NOT reach the 1inch tube frame which can be cut in 5 seconds ! ... Leave alone wrapping the U lock through the motor wheel and frame, ... too thick. So chain, pad lock and "Sold Secure Diamond" Lock rating for 10speed bike at best ... Forget about "DIAMOND" rating motor bike there's only one on Amazon for $350. In short, no you can not lock and run the rest room. ... show more
