The media could not be loaded. If you gave up on biking due to knee problems, this is your ticket to getting back on the trails! I gave it 4 stars due to no shock absorbers. Over all I love this bike. It's a good fit for my short frame, speed is perfect, it's really sturdy and feels very safe.

WHY would you order from Amazon?! You are gonna get free add on’s from a dealer or online direct, and at the same price! These bikes are amazing, but most people try the “lite”, then the XP4, and buy the XP4. Customer service is amazing, the bikes are great, but the only reason this model is on Amazon is because this is what they have a surplus of. There is a learning curve to the bike. And it’s worth knowing what you are buying. Go to a dealer and test ride. If you are gonna order online, order direct!

Bought this for my 12 year old son’s birthday. He’s rode it less than a month and after riding it 10 minutes, it flashes on the screen that it’s hot and shuts down. Guess you get what you pay for. Contacted Lectric and they said this is normal. I wish I would have known. Would have paid more for a better quality. I have another e-bike we’ve had over a year that has never had issues. Pretty disappointed with Lectrics customer service too. Waste of $800. Update. Lectric sent a replacement part for the issues we were having. Still having issues and on top of that, a part has started leaking fluid all over causing the brakes to stop working. Would give 0 stars if possible. WORST E BIKES EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have had this bike 3 MONTHS. They are not made to last.

The product arrived damaged, with the front wheel completely unusable. It wouldn’t hold air, and the tire was visibly damaged, as if it had been crashed. Surprisingly, the box was undamaged. This is a clear case of poor quality assurance. The bike won’t power up at all, and despite trying everything, I’ve had no luck. I contacted Amazon customer support, and they approved the return on December 30th. Unfortunately, I had to contact the manufacturer to get a shipping label for Amazon. The label should have arrived two days after submitting the return. I received an email from the manufacturer asking me to use a multimeter to measure the power from the battery. I don’t know how to use a multimeter, and I shouldn’t have to do this for a purchase that cost $1200. Today, January 5th, I still haven’t received a label, and they’re asking me to open the box I’ve already packed, take pictures, and send it to them. Only then will they send me a return label if everything is packed according to their requirements. I’m not sure if anyone has ever received this bike, but the packing is horrendous. I did my best to pack it properly, taped it, and still waiting for the return label. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because I bought two bikes, and the second one was okay. Other than that, the customer support and quality assurance department are horrible. It is disappointing after spending $2500 for Christmas buying two bikes one for myself and one for my son. I was not able to give my son a present he was expecting. He’s using my bike, which is fine, but this type of response and treatment of the customer is special during the holiday. Season is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this manufacturer to anybody else due to the customer service relationship.

I don't think Lectric realizes that even we want to put a $200-$400 U lock, we can't, ..... they only fit the parking pole and MAY NOT reach the 1inch tube frame which can be cut in 5 seconds ! ... Leave alone wrapping the U lock through the motor wheel and frame, ... too thick. So chain, pad lock and "Sold Secure Diamond" Lock rating for 10speed bike at best ... Forget about "DIAMOND" rating motor bike there's only one on Amazon for $350. In short, no you can not lock and run the rest room.
