Bike came on time. Put a few things together on the bike, nothing hard. Charged up the battery and took off riding. Bike is really nice looking and is very responsive. Would recommend this Vendor if you are looking for an e-bike.

I purchased the the bike during Amazon Prime day and when I unpacked the bike and assembled it, I found rare tire is flat then, I reached out to customer care they send me the new tube after a week, but the problem was not the tube rather it was the spokes in the wheel are pinching the tire. I fixed the tube multiple times but it keeps on getting flat. I am really disappointed with their quality process. I have checked other reviews as well from their website and it is a common problem with their bikes. Apart from that it also has squeaky brakes, I guess breaks are not fine tuned, which is very bad quality checking process. At the time of bike order i have also ordered comfort package seat from their website and unfortunately the seat adjustment is not my size, so I reached out to their customer care and they right away refused to take the return. With this experience I am very very disappointed with Lectirk bikes and I don't recommend anyone to purchase the bikes from them.

All the reviews online kept pointing to this bike. After reading the amazon reviews here I didn’t feel good about ordering this. I was considering the Heybike Ranger s 750w but in reviews it struggled with a hill climb in throttle only. but this 500w bike didn’t so I did more research. We have a lot of BIG hills. In all the company seems to be one of the better ones and people generally seem pleased so… The bike arrived slightly ahead of the estimates by fedex in perfect condition. Setup was easy minus removing all the packing material. 🤣 put it on charge and then gave it a test. It has 5 levels of peddle assets and on PAS 2 I was crushing all the little hills. This is a great bike and I highly recommend it.

Upfront: I rated this 4 out of 5 stars because there was ZERO documentation. Not even a card inside pointing to their site for documentation. Unboxing: The unit is already assembled but folded up. Pull it out of the box and remove all of the (MANY) warnings and padding materials. Swing the bike together and flip the locking handle. Lower the kickstand. Insert the handlebars and flip that locking handle. Insert the seat and adjust for height, just like a normal bike. There is a single wire that needs to be plugged in on the handlebars (I assume for safety during shipping?) Assembly is done! From touching it on my front porch to riding it, 15 minutes at a very slow pace. Very easy. Turning it on: It comes with a set of keys. The keyswitch is on the bottom of the bike right at the hinge/battery compartment. Insert the key and turn it on (btw it came 80% charged). Press and hold the power button on the LCF screen for 1-2 seconds and it will turn on. WARNING: If this is your first e bike, you should get on it before pressing the power switch. The "PAS"(pedal assist) switch is right on the right grip so you could accidentally launch the bike if you already turned PAS from the default of ZERO to 1-5. I suggest trying gear 2 and PAS setting of 1 just to feel the motor kick in gently. TESTING: I weigh 210 lbs. I just rode 6 miles in 4th gear with almost no pedaling (entirely electric power) and the power meter never budged. It still read full charge. Riding was around 10-14 mph. POST USE: I intend to use this entirely off-grid. I used a solar power station and the charger was fluctuating between 110-200 watts for 30 minutes after a roughly 30 minute ride. The charging port is also located directly next to the folding hinge, on the left side.. The bike recharged in 30 minutes. OVERALL IMPRESSION: The bike feels sturday, the folding hinge feels sturdy and the tires are suitable for road/trail use. The seat is "acceptable" but given the long ride times you can achieve with this bike, you might want to install a more comfy seat. The performance of the bike feels wonderful and makes bike rides truly fun. Moderate hills are no longer a thing to fear, just like normal driving in a vehicle. This bike was a fathers day gift and now the rest of the family wants their own. I have not tried the (built in) headlight or rear tail light but I expect it will not reduce the performance much, if at all. FURTHER SUGGESTIONS: Get a better seat The LCD is SUPER bright but there is a hidden menu to select brightness from 1-2-3 for night time riding. (youtube)

I've had a Lectric bike for a couple of years, without any issues. My wife bought this bike so we can adventure together. We put these bikes on the bow of our boat when traveling. We now enjoy each port of call so much more. On our last trip, we were able to enjoy Clayton NY, Brockville ON, Kingston ON, and Sackets Harbor so much more with the mobility of these bikes. Before, when we entered a port of call, we had to walk everywhere. We were limited to "walking distance" to explore the port. With the Lectric bikes, we can now expand our adventures for miles around. I can't express how much these bikes have benefitted us in our travels. We have not experienced any mechanical issues to date. On our last trip, we crossed Lake Ontario in ten foot seas with our bikes lashed to the bow rail. We have since taken three 12 mile rides on them without a problem. My bike is a 2.0, and my wifes is a 3.0. Her bike came with an extended battery, and I would highly recommend that option. We're happy bikers!

I made the mistake of purchasing this bike. I’ve had it for 3 months now and already it’s starting to fall Apart. On my ride home last week the pedal fell off (see image) causing me to nearly crash on the road. There appears no way to easily reattach it so I’m forced to try glue. Also, the brakes squeak so loudly it’s embarrassing. Spend the extra money and get a higher quality bike!

The media could not be loaded. Was delighted when the e-bike arrived on time and without defects! as the last one I bought ( rhymes with Jason EB7) was delivered defective and two weeks after they said it would be delivered. I had to return that one after dealing with their customer service several times. This bike is so much better than the other one very pleased with the ride and experience. By the way their customer support is in the USA
