Had to get something because my hands were getting brushed up using the bands. I came across these. Nice option. They work fine with one or even two bands stacked. Just needs some patience and adjusting. I'm liking them so far. My bands are old. You can see these handles rubbing off the rubber. But it's still the better option.

I want to not like these. I want to say they suck and are a waste of money, but I would be lying to myself… just like I lie when I say I only ate 2 donuts in the break room when I definitely had 4. But these things just stare at you with that judgmental look that guilts you into working out with them. Its like middle school all over!

The good news? The grip is comfortable, appears to be durable and well-made, and my Flexvit Revolve fabric bands fit through the opening (although it is difficult to stack two Revolve bands in the handle). The bad news, most of my Serious Steel, Quantum etc. latex bands do not fit. It's not the width of the band, although the limit there appears to be 1.5". Rather, band thickness is the issue. Anything 4-5mm thick or thicker cannot be used. For Quantum, the orange and yellow 41" bands work, the red, black and larger sizes do not. All of my Serious Steel bands are problematic. For Clench, only the 41" orange band fits.

I like these handles. They are comfortable to use ,well made and durable. It's limiting as to what size bands that will fit into the handles. I find them useful enough to keep them.
