pretty easy to install besides the two arm rest. the fabric is extremely tight and has to be pulled and tugged and if you're not careful you will destroy the zipper and fabric. Speaking of the fabric . if you're looking for some type of faux leather which I was . this is not it . the one I got was some type of a suede fabric . the chair is also extremely low to the ground. besides that I'm hoping it fluffs up more since it came all in one box. The vibration is ok and haven't tried the heat yet. would I recommend? eh. if you need something fast and don't have too much money . sure . otherwise if you're looking for big and comfortable and luxury. no. ... show more
