At first was a bit upset because I only received one switch when I had purchased 2 but they quickly responded back to my issue . They sent an over night replacement switch. So the way they fixed the issue fast and took care of me is why I would put it back to a 5/5. My 2 boys love there console and it works perfectly ... show more

Purchased on September 15th for christmas. When I received the product it turned on and linked to our online account fine. Turned it off and wrapped it for christmas. Return window closes December 15th. Open on christmas....plays for about an hour and stops working. Take it to a licensed fixer and it is diagnosed as having a burnt motherboard. So basically, over $150 spent on a product that cannot be returned, cannot be used by my kid, and cannot be fixed. This is not okay and I hope that this helps anyone else not buy a product from this seller. ... show more

Arrived in perfect condition! Not a scratch, buff, or mark on it. Wrapped in bubble wrap and came with a charging cord. The charger did not work but they are cheap everywhere, highly recommend!
