Quality seems nice. Easy assembled with some pressure on the arm. Have notches so you have to slide from the top down. Boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived but chairs are wrapped in cover and in good shape. Recline easy. Lean back really far and was skeptical at first as they seemed a little tipsy. But I am 6ft 1in and 260lbs and I fit pretty comfortable in them and the arms do not touch my sides. Lower back bolsters are a little firm but will compress a tad with time. Stitching all looks in great shape. The Faux leather is slick almost like boat seat vinyl. As long as they hold us, for the price, I’ll be very happy with these. I have had this chair for two months now. I am 6'2 and 240lbs, and I bought this chair due to its weight limit of 350. Past chairs often start squeaking and making noises almost immediately. This chair has held up wonderfully so far and is as quiet and sturdy as the day I took it out of the box. It is made of high-quality faux leather that looks good and is easy to wipe down. I was 340+ when I bought this. And it has remained comfortable for the past 6 months or so. Good chair even for bigger people. P.S. I have lost 30 lbs in the last 3 months.

Construction seems solid but The lower back of the chair pushes your hips out on the chair seat, causing you to “lay back” just to sit in it. The head support is further back than the chair back which makes you have to lay your head back at an unnatural angle to even use it. You can’t use the head rest portion comfortably. I wanted to ship it back but Amazon wanted me to spend $278 to return a $349 chair and I had to take it to a full UPS shipping center. No way, I am stuck with a very uncomfortable chair that causes spinal misalignment. I do not recommend this chair at all. I’m going to try to sell it on FB if I can. Disappointed in the chair and Amazon. Lesson learned. Buy furniture at a furniture store so you can try before you buy! ... show more

Very easy to assemble the upper half to the lower base, however arm attachment can be a little tricky. It is packaged so as to prevent any damage during shipping but it is necessary to have 2 people to move the box. It is comfortable in the upright position as well as reclined. Overall we are happy with this chair. In fact we ordered an identical chair from another marketer on Amazon (the original seller was out of stock). It is a bit stiff as some others have pointed out, and in our opinion it does require two people to assemble (one to pull back the padding while the other slides the backrest sides into position). We did not find that the footrest release was as violent as others have stated. Over time we are sure that the stiffness will soften a bit and this will be a very comfortable chair.     • Not really what I thought
Be aware, this is a 2 position recliner. You can use it in the up position no problem. Pull the footrest release. The footrest pop up. Which is fine. But that also releases the lock that holds the back in the upright position. Which every other recliner I have used the back will hold your weight. Enabling you to watch TV, etc. with your feet up. However this one, the slightest pressure and you are sent into the full recline position. Looking at the ceiling. Great for napping. But not for reading, TV watching, whatever else you might want to do " sitting up " with your feet up. Chair seems to be well made. Pretty heavy, which I believe ensures quality. I really think one should visit a store, try out a recliner before purchasing it. ... show more
