As a newbie to piano as an adult learner, I was anxiously awaiting this book, and lo and behold it not only contained many songs I am eager to try, it also contained one of my all-time favorite songs that I have never seen in a book before - "O Fortuna" (by Carl Orff) - and to make it even more impressive, it not only has one version of the piece, it has 2 ! That just made my day. Thank you to the publishers for including these 2 pieces, as well as all the others ! ... show more

The book has good basics for a brand new adult learner. I know nothing about reading music. Without videos, I’m not sure how to move my hands between positions. I’m hoping the online videos will explain more.
