  • Awesome Product!
My son picked this out and absolutely loves it! I love that it actually functions as a real telescope, but also keeps their interest with educational videos and games, and also allows them to take photos. It does not hold a lot of photos at all without the sd, but that doesn’t bother us any. I also like the feel of this product, it is not flimsy like other “toy” telescopes. He had received one the year prior and it didn’t even last a day, not fault of his own, the quality was just terrible. If you have a space-loving toddler, I would 1,000% reccommend this product! ... show more

  • Perfect for 3-4 year olds
My toddler girl loves it! She can have one like her brother but with cooler features his doesn’t have.

  • Mostly Cool
My 6.5 year old has enjoyed using this interactive telescope, though he mostly plays the educational games on it. The telescope feature itself isn't that great and can be hard to use if conditions aren't perfect. We live in a semi rural neighborhood with large lots and no street lights but still find that what little light pollution we have is still often too much to get a good glimpse of the stars. The camera is pixelated too which further makes the images blurry and harder to see. Overall he does still like it, even when he's been massively dissappointed by not having much luck seeing the stars. ... show more

  • I wish there were a negative star rating
Make yourself a favor and buy the worst and cheapest digital camera on the market and put it inside a PVC pipe. You'll get not only a much better resolution, but you will save your kid some screen time, which I thought it would happen by providing some interesting experiences watching the moon and landscape surroundings, but the problem is that this toy's only decent feature is a lousy gaming software. At night, all images are grainy or if you happen to catch the moon, the light will saturate the screen and you will only see a round white spot with no detail whatsoever. With daylight, you could hardly see anyting on the screen. I would return it but as I live abroad, shipping would be more expensive. Gonna try to sell it and buy some binoculars instead. ... show more

  • The games are fun!
We got this for our 4 and 5 year olds. They absolutely love the games and informational aspects. Like, they’re obsessed. However, we have found it really difficult to use as an actual telescope. It’s hard to “aim” and doesn’t focus super well. Also, it doesn’t hold very many pictures, and it SUCKS DOWN batteries. It requires 4 AA batteries, and we have already replaced them twice since Christmas. Overall, a fun toy, but definitely just a toy, not a scientific instrument lol. ... show more
