The media could not be loaded. I added my slightly embarrassing video of my very first time using the product to make the review as real as possible. The product comes completely disassembled while I’ve seen others come at least partially assembled. That being said it was very simple to put together. The counter on it works perfectly. I was counting in my head and it was spot on to the amount that I did. The hoop was snug to my waist with the 12 pieces intended to be added. (There’s one extra in the box incase one breaks) I added photo is of a measurement of the hoop to get an idea if this one would fit if you were thinking of ordering it. You can take links out but not add any. It takes a second to get it going and helps if you really throw it around your body to get it started. I also haven’t used even a regular hula hoop in years so maybe that’s why. One of my concerns is that even on the first use some of the links were catching the weight as it circled around. Maybe that will get smoother with more use but I guess I’ll just have to wait and find out. I’ll update this review after a while of consistent use to state if I’ve seen any progress and how the product is holding up. ... show more

We had to replace the carabiner clip. The weight would fly off as it wouldn't stay closed. Luckily all people, pets & objects were not harmed. Otherwise it does what it should.

It works okay, but it keeps getting stuck when I'm trying to use it and the ball ends up hitting me instead of gliding smoothly. Trying to contact seller but im having a hard time finding their contact information

It takes some getting used to. After using it for about 2 months the rollers that help the weight go around get stuck and won't roll smoothly. It stops abruptly and hits you hard. When it doesn't stop, the weight falls out of the hoop. I have switched knots and it doesn't matter.
