I bought this bike back in late October, and it was delivered somewhere around Nov 1st or so. I haven’t gotten many miles on the bike, because it’s been winter weather in my area. But unfortunately, 3 months into owning this bike, and it no longer charges. I don’t think it’s an issue with the battery, as the battery still has some life left in it as of the last time I used it, and powers the bike. But when I plug it in, the charger (cord and power brick) does not indicate “red” for charging. It constantly remains on “green” even when I’ve only got one bar of life on the bike. I tried everything imaginable on the bike trying to fix it. Cleaned charging ports, opened up the battery cover thinking maybe something came unplugged, but to no luck. I’ve reached out to the seller for a solution and will update my review as a solution is found. 3 months of life for a $300 ebike is a 1 star for me. Hoping for a resolution. ... show more

Never saw myself on a small bike, but this isn't totally dorky or embarrassing like many micro ebikes. Arrived in good condition 95% assembled. EASY TO CARRY up a few steps through your back door, leans up against anything. Great deal, happy so far. The media could not be loaded. I made it 10 miles full throttle in 3rd gear with light pedal assist and still had a half bar of battery left; I’m happy with the purchase. It’s a little bigger than the pictures make it out to be. Tires came flat with no pump though.

just to let you know the heavier you are the slower the bike goes and the quicker the battery goes down, still runs very well just definitely will be slow if your over 160 pounds

I’ve purchased this only a few months ago and since then I’ve had problems with the brakes not working two times and catching a flat four times on the back tire only. I bought this to go to and from work until I get another the car. It appears all the power is coming from the back tire so that causes a lot of wear on the back time I guess. My back tire has now like a burned hole through it to where I can see the inner tube. I feel they should get more better tires and inner tubes as well ... show more
