Rather than throw away my pop-up because the top was worn and had a few holes, I looked for a replacement and was pleased with the colors, selection, and quality of this. Installation was easy enough. It could be a little awkward, but I attached the corners while it was mostly folded up and then expanded it into its standard position, got a small stepladder, and attached the rest. Everything is Velcro, so it’s super easy to install and adjust it. The fit is perfect, and time will tell about how it lasts, but it certainly extended the life of my pop-up without two or three times as much spent for a total replacement. ... show more

I purchased this because the price was below what I expected to pay and the greatest feature is that it's waterproof, not weather resistant like most canopy companies report their product to be - I had previously purchased a similar looking product canopy and it literally was ruined by water pockets forming on top and the weight caused the supports to bend and break and distort, so, I ended up trashing it (the old one, not this one, let's make that clear, because....) The product was so great that I am truly amazed at it's water proof canopy and went up easy as any other canopy, except the top can be replaced since it's not attached to the support system - genius and replacement parts are readily available in different colors with options in types of enclosures to use (full screening, or separate wall type coverings). This product gets my 5 star upvote since it's been raining like crazy the past month and it has not leaked or allowed water to build up in the canopy, since, it's quite tight and supported well. I will purchase this product again and have recommended it to friends as being now 'top of the line' for the money. ... show more

Box was ripped and storage bag for awning was torn. No other damage. I don’t want to return the entire awning for just the storage bag. It’s 50 lbs and I don’t want to lug it to a return site. Send me a new storage bag Amazon!

package came double boxed. I was very impressed as soon as I pulled the bag out. It's nice, with rolling wheels. The structure is nice and sturdy - way better than the last brand I had! It was super easy to put up and the velcrow attachments for the canopy keep it nice and snug. The vent on top is great because we can get gusts of wind so it helps to prevent it from becoming a kite. We didnt use the ropes because I have dogs and didnt want them to get caught on them when running around, or chew them up. We use it as a shade for our dogs so we dont extend it to full height.     • I am totally happy with my Leader brand canopy and the light tan color with silver lining
I researched dozens of different brands while walking through campgrounds this past summer. I think that the Coleman brand canopies are the best quality, but could not find one in a color I liked. I saw the Leader brand at several campgrounds and examined them in fine detail. I found that they are equal to the quality of the Coleman canopy, except for one small feature... the Coleman has a pich-proof handle on the lower leg section, while the Leader brand does not. The strength and ease of use for both Coleman and Leader is identical. I am totally happy with my Leader brand canopy and the light tan color with silver lining reflects the hot sun while letting in enough light to read a book or magazine. The darker colors absorb much more heat and cut out too much light IMHO. The Coleman brand canopy with the University of Arizona logo (dark Navy color) sold at Costco is totally gorgeous, but I'm glad I got the light tan color canopy from Leader. ... show more

The quality feels good and construction looks study great for the price but it dose not fit my 10x10 straight leg Coleman frame. it is about one inch smaller.
