I ordered the Leader Accessories Adjustable Kayak Paddle, so my wife can also take up kayaking. Although this paddle is longer than the original, its weight and balance are perfect for me. Therefore, there was no discomfort or unfamiliarity in the transition. If I buy a bigger kayak, the adjustable feature of this paddle will make it easy to change. Although I've never dropped a paddle before, the leash is a nice add-on if I ever need it. What I like most is the paddle angle adjustment. The adjustment allows me to tailor the paddles to the ride I'm on. Straight for pleasure, offset for more challenging rides. I like the weight and adaptability of this paddle. I shall be using it for a long time. This paddle is well worth the $40 price tag.

I am new to kayaking, so a seasoned vet may have different opinion, but I find this paddle to be very nice. It is light and easy to assemble. It propels my kayak, and was a much better price than buying one at the sporting goods stoore where I got the kayak.

I am truly amazed by the lightness and high quality of this kayak paddle. It is easy to put together and is adjustable to many lengths. The lanyard is a nice addition and can easily attach to the boat so that you don't lose your paddle.

The media could not be loaded. I got this aluminum kayak paddle to do some sit down paddling and fishing on my sup. love the lanyard and the fishing lure removal tool. The paddle has a nice safety lanyard and is adjustable over a huge range of sizes. The paddler shape and weight feels just right too. Very happy with this paddle.
