Pros: - The cart seems to be sturdy enough. - The wheels are fairly large and look to have decent traction. Cons: - NO instructions were included - just a single piece of paper with names of the pieces and lines pointing to where they go. No order, no measurements, or what tools are needed. Nothing. It's a pathetic attempt to convey assembly instructions. The video is barely any better; between it being sped up and the terrible camera angles, it became a necessary evil for finishing this item's assembly. - The handles, which are hard rubber, have a sharp piece from where it was cut from the mold. This will go away with time, but it hurt to touch. - The lock for putting it back in its upright configuration takes a higher amount of effort to get back in place than it should. - There was a mere sheet of bubble wrap keeping this safe in its much-too-skinny box. I was surprised to find there were no missing parts. Summary: For a $300 cart, I would expect it to either come mostly assembled or come with proper instructions, actual tires with bearings, and handles that don't hurt. I expect this to suit our needs, but getting this together was a nightmare. ... show more
