We lost our old Boogie board and decided we missed it. When I first opened the package I was excited. The board is larger than our old one which I thought would be good. The description says the board will magnetically stick to the refrigerator. It might to some but it slides right down our refrigerator. It does stick to our metal door. I wrote "Hello" on the board to test it. The Hello is still there as the board will not erase. The directions in the User's Manual say to replace the battery with a CR2032 if the board will not erase. After our neighbor found a small enough screw driver to get the battery cover off, we found that the battery is not a CR2032, but a CR2016. Still debating whether I'll make another trip to the store for a CR2016 battery or just return the board and order a different one. One final note- while packaging the board for possible return I discovered that the box the board came in says the battery is a CR2016. I returned the original Board and requested a replacement. The replacement works exactly as described. It erases easily. The board sticks to my refrigerator. I also discovered there is a hole in the end of the stylus and a small hole in the top right corner of the board so you can tie the stylus to the board. They even included an extra battery with the replacement board. I look forward to using our new board. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works perfect for doodles and/or learning for the littles! I started writing sentences for my son to read back to me and for him to work on his math problems. Very lightweight, thin, and features two magnets on the back so it can be stuck to fridge. The pen clicks into the holder area at the top but has to go in point side first then click the opposite end into place. There is also a small lock switch on the back that can be slid over so the board won’t be erased! I do like that the little trash icon can easily be pressed to erase the board but wish there was an option to simply erase whatever you want while leaving the rest untouched. So the only downside to this doodle board for me is that its a complete erase on the entire board..no room for error🤣but that’s not a complete game changer it’s s fun little board! ... show more

Light weight....works properly. Magnets stick to fridge. Erases properly. Colors can easily be seen but are a lot less vibrant than Boogie Board brand. Also much cheaper than Boogie Board. So it works well for the price. It's big and easy to hold and use.

I originally purchased different brand for my kids as a doodle toy. Then I decided it would be nice to have on my desk for quick daily todo’s. When it arrived the “erase button” didn’t work. I thought it was either defective or the battery needed replacement. I submitted a return replacement because the battery is not ready to change. You need a very small screw driver to replace the battery. Unfortunately the screwdriver is not included. Fortunately the one I bought for my kids did include a screwdriver. It turns out the battery just needed to be adjusted. I decided to keep the original. Just out of curiosity I opened the replacement when it arrived and it has the same issue. You need to remove the battery and reinsert it for it to work. Overall it’s a nice device and it does what I need it to do. My advice is don’t buy it if you don’t have a small screwdriver. See the picture with the necessary screwdriver next to a cr2016 battery for size reference. ... show more

I bought me one similar to this one at Barnes & Noble and paid $36 and I really like it. My son wanted one for school and I didn’t want to spend that much so I bought what I thought was cheap one figuring he Loses it I won’t care. It’s actually just as Good/same as the $36 one. when my $36 one breaks I’ll buy this cheaper one off Amazon for me too. ... show more
