    • Tedious installation-a pain.
I was laughing about the $157 installation fee, but after spending close to a hour trying to get the protective blue plastic off of the panels , I know why. Despite best efforts, it all doesn’t get removed. The big pieces on each panel come off easily but the plastic around the joints is nearly impossible to remove without leaving some in the joints. No instructions are included so I used the pictures on Amazon to assemble the clips . Each clip has a mounting bracket and two screws and nuts. Tiny and difficult to work with. Figured out that screwing clip into bracket before attaching to reflector was the easiest way to do it. Spent close to and hour and a half assembling and trying to remove all the protective wrap. Package is well done, but the panels bend easily. One was bent during shipping. It comes with a pouch for storage but I doubt I’ll use it since I’m not taking the clips off, again. I’ll update after I’ve used it. ... show more

Very flimsy material. Doesn't stay attached to the heater well at all. Light winds will knock it loose, and screws will come apart from the clips. Need to use a threadlock to keep from coming apart. It works is the best can say about it, WHEN it stays together 😣...

I hate to be one of those “I should have relied on the reviews” stories, but yes, I should have. The blue tape is awful, like nearly impossible to get off. After an hour or so, I gave up and decided to just deal with what’s left over. No instructions but can figure out the clips, but they suck too. Not a difficult concept but this design made this more challenging than is worth it… ... show more

    • Great reflector
It is a bit hard to hang to the heater. The clips didn't work well, it is so hard the clip-on. Instead, a little hack of it, banding the metals and let it hangs on the heater. Save time.

    • Falls off easily
The reflector shield falls off easily if there is any kind of wind. Parts rust quickly.

Took 45min to take off blue shrink wrap! nuts aren't locknuts and loosen quickly, no instructions so clips had to flipped back over and then didn't spread far enough! TRASH! Not even worth having to package back up and return - my time worth more! Spend $5 more and buy Smoekitchen brand!

This product came scratched despite the blue “protective” plastic. The plastic covering is impossible to get out of all of the hinges. Ultimately, something that should be installed straight out of the box took an hour to get together.
