The material is very soft, blanket is made well, its keeps you very warm, a little to warm for down south, the color is shown as advertised, it was very affordable for the quality, the sherpa doesnt shed, the blanket is a little thicker than what I was looking for due to problems I personally experience with temperature regulation. Drafty windows make for a cold bedroom at night, even with the furnace set at 70. I needed a warmer blanket, but not a heavy one. This is the best winter blanket I've ever had. I would buy it again. The sherpa is really soft next to your skin and the microfiber top of the blanket is super soft and really pretty. It's like having two blankets in one. My legs can't take a lot of weight on them, so weighted blankets are not an option. I'm really happy with this purchase and I stay warm all night without overheating. It does take a bit longer than normal in the dryer. I'll take that trade off. ... show more
