I'm very pleased with the comfort and quality of these Lazyzizi tri-fold mattresses. I moved into a new place on very short notice and had to have something just to sleep on. I'm almost 78 years of age and have severe musculoskeletal issues and chronic pain that makes it hard to sleep; and from the first night, I was glad I made the choice I did. I bought one and slept on it at first, then bought a second one and stacked them on top of one another and slept/sleep like a baby all night long. Now, when I buy a proper bed and mattress, I can either use them as comfortable and supportive seating in my new unit; or tuck them away in a closet for visitors and friends to sleep on, knowing they'll have a restful night's sleep as well. With my painful, arthritic hands (and doing it by myself), getting them zipped together was a bit of a challenge; but I finally succeeded~ someone without these issues should have no trouble at all. They don't weigh very much, so I can move them round to vacuum, etc., with ease. All in all, I feel I got a quality product at a very fair price. I should mention that I'm down to just a little over a hundred pounds myself, so individual results may vary depending on body weight. I haven't had to wash them yet, but It seems pretty straightforward~ disregarding my personal physical limitations. As to firmness, I've never owned any memory foam items before, so if I had to, I'd place these in the 'medium firmness' category: not hard, and certainly not squishy and soft. Hope this helps!

Comfort and Utility: We have found this to be an excellent solution for hosting guests. We needed a sleep solution for our smaller guests that can be tucked away when not in use. We bought this folding mattress for our 7 year old Nephew, who visits us during the Holidays. My nephew and his mom would take over our small office during the Christmas holiday season when they got from out of town. When they are gone, the folding mattress is tucked away in one corner of the office. The folding mattress has a decent carrying strap that allows us to easily move it from one side of the room to the opposite. This is the first season that our nephew used the follding mattress. He commented it’s more comfortable than the futon bed. The 4” thickness provides plenty of comfort to the older kids, yet folds up nicely to be stored away. It weighs about 25-30 lbs if I have to take a guess, which makes the carrying strap a nice feature to allow easy handling of the mattress. The quality appears to be good. We expect the folding mattress to last at least 7-8 years if my Nephew doesn’t grow too fast to exceed the length of the mattress. By then, he will be in high school and may not want to spend the Holiday season with his mom and us anymore. I am pretty confident the mattress would provide a decent supportive sleeping solution for my nephew for years to come, much longer than he looses interest in spending time with us. This mattress would be a great solution for temporary house guests. It’s more comfortable than sleeping on sofa bed with springs, and it tucked away nicely without taking up too much space. For a better appreciation for size taken up by the folding mattress. The photo was taken with the folding mattress in front of a full size bed in our small office.

It's VERY firm; I'm not usually that picky with firmness, especially for temporary sleeping arrangements like this, but this was way too hard for me and I didn't get any sleep. However, I'm hopeful that the firmness means it will last longer without dipping. I'm planning to use a soft mattress topper with it for comfort. Mine came with handles and zippers all in the right places; it looks and works exactly as advertised. Takes a minute or less to set up after it rises/airs out. Not worth the high price unless you love a very firm/hard bed.

This is surprisingly good quality and surprisingly comfortable given how thin it is. I would describe this as medium firm and the dimensions are totally accurate. I've purchased a number of memory foam mattresses over the years. This one is very well made and the cover seems surprisingly nice. There was no odor and the mattress fully expanded within the stated 48h window. The carrying bag is cheap like a reusable shopping bag but it does its job fine. The cover zips on and off easily. My only desire is that each of the 3 panels could zip off separately. You can unzip the each cover and take out the pad from that section but the cover is all one piece leaving you with a single uncovered mattress and the empty cover portion attached to the other parts. I would buy this agin in a heartbeat.
