I love the color and velvet softness. The top was super easy to attach with no tools and the armrests attach by zipper and velcro. I would definitely recommend this recliner and the price was good without sacrificing quality. One word of caution, do not use FEDEX if you can keep from it.

The media could not be loaded. It's the perfect suzefir me. Great for taking a nap. I love the soft material, it's very well made. It was so easy to assemble, it only took a few minutes. I would recommend to anyone. Definitely worth the cost.

The recliner itself is fine. Easy to put together. I don’t sit in it because the footrest doesn’t stay up and I can’t get an answer on how to fix it. The recliner reclines, just the footrest isn’t staying up well.

I gave them a four star even though we returned them. For us they are not so pleasant. Very stiff but for others they may be great. I suppose that does help in the long run as to not break down as quickly. They are on the larger side with definite room. So that was nice. We wanted a fairly stiff chair but this one was a wee bit too much for us. We had a hard time returning them. So when we contacted Amazon they helped us get a hold of the original sellers. I have to say the original sellers customer service was absolutely amazing. Truly better then we expected. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful in navigating what to do. I highly recommend the company. You will definitely be happy with the company. We are greatful for all of their help. We could not have asked for a overall better experience. ... show more

It took me longer to open the box then it did to assemble the chair. Because of a serious back injury several years ago, I was nervous buying a chair without being able to sit in it but i had no luck at the big furniture stores. This chair is fall asleep comfortable but still offers support. the lever to recline the chair is perfectly placed. the material is soft and seems like it will be good for sensitive skin. i went with the purple grey and it is beautiful. the thumbnail on Amazon doesn't do it justice. Added bonus - my cat seems to approve as well ... show more
