We purchased the Lazy Daze 2 person hammock with 12FT steel stand 4/25/22. Overall, we enjoyed it, it's fairly comfortable and easy to keep clean. Unfortunately, my husband was laying on it 4/26/23 (1 year + 1 day since purchase) and one of the wooden supports snapped (pics attached). I called the company to ask if we can purchase a replacement part but their voice mail is full so I couldn't even leave a message. I emailed them and sent pictures but have not received a response. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the hammock to last longer than 1 year.

I set this up by myself with no issues in less than 20 minutes. It is so comfortable and the cover is a nice addition! It does allow water to pool in the center a bit but I just flip it and let it dry. It also drys very quickly which is nice. Good quality but will not hold up against a teething puppy. I was able to easily tie all the pieces back together! So that’s a plus for anyone that might find a hole at some point. I did not have any issues with the stand or any of the parts being defective/breaking like I’ve seen some people comment about.

Hammock days make my home feel like a mini paradise. This hammock is awesome. Absolutely worth it. I've been using it for THREE YEARS, and it never fails. Very sturdy, and very very comfortable. 10/10 recommend, especially given the price

We love the hammock. There was only one problem. One of the end caps for the stand was broken when we opened the package. Would like to know how to go about requesting a new plastic end cap for stand. Thanks!

My first hammock! Easy to assemble, easy to get in and out of, comfortable. Components appear to be good quality. Only caution....in a strong wind may tip over. Mine did with two cement blocks on the stand. Has already survived two hail storms in two days. Great buy, would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this product for my brothers birthday and he absolutely loves it. They recently had their first child and this allows him to relax and get a way for a bit but the added mat makes it easy for him when he wants to lay outside with my niece. This was a really nice purchase and the price was good compared to quite a few other products.

Product arrived with broken pieces **11-17 seller contacted us and immediately offered to replaced the broken pieces. They did what they said, and mailed us the caps. Recieved and installed. Feeling better about longevity of hammock in the outdoors. Thank you!
