I bought this because I didn’t want to drill holes in my metal exterior door. Unfortunately the adhesive strip won’t hold. Not even a little. We cleaned it before use, and it’s like there is nothing there. We tested the adhesive against the drywall, and it seems like it might stick there, but then we couldn’t open the door. New house with no blinds on French doors, needed fast and inexpensive window treatments coverage for privacy. These did the trick and exceeded my expectations for the price. Can’t see through them from outside and still are light filtering so let some light in. Fit and cover window but could have gone an inch wider. The adhesive is holding up well and the blinds are very light so should last as long as you don’t yank and rug them hard. They go up and down easily with light touch. ... show more
