As they promised, it was slightly narrower than 20" and fit beautifully. The only problem was that they said to use a narrower drill bit that was not wide enough for the screw, and I had to go up two more sizes. After installation, I was surprised at how easily they lifted just using my hand.

    • that the new feature is simply manually pushing the blinds up and down. something to get used to.

I was used to the clips on the ends. I did have a handyman hang them for me. Not having the pulls and just hand push the shades up I hope will last as long as the old fashioned pull cords. They look nice.

    • Decent blinds but flimsy bracket

Decent affordable blinds for my kitchen window, but the brackets are cheap and flimsy. When I pulled down the blinds, the blinds fell down. The blinds only come with 2 brackets, which makes no sense since the width of these blinds are long wide. I could also see these brackets bend easily when you draw down blinds. I was lucky to find an extra spare bracket and placed it in the center for better support so it wouldn’t fall down again when drawing blinds down. ... show more
