Very easy to assemble (you really just have to put the handles on). Light, starts easy, makes a quiet whirling sound, easy to maneuver. There's lots of plastic in the body, but overall, it seems well-made. You have the choice of using a small grass catching bag or a mulching plug. Last, but not least - the battery life; I have a front yard that's 40 x 40 feet, and a back yard that's slightly smaller. The batteries last through the entire mow on a full charge, but barely. I recommend getting the widest model you can afford (storage-wise and money-wise), because these are a lot narrower than an average gas mower, requiring more passes to cover the same area. I've only had it a few weeks, but if it holds up over time, I'll be very happy with this purchase. I'll edit my review if I have any problems with it. ... show more

Delivered in one day. Used it today. Works great for our small yard. Easy height adjustment. Pays for itself in 5 cuts as we were paying 40 bucks a week last year! Easy to put together@ 10 minutes.Love it! Hope it lasts longer than the other one we had.

    • MY MOW CHORE WENT UP IN SMOKE IN JUST 2 MINTUES!!!

The media could not be loaded. I am so furious right now. I am sick of that old worn-out line, "You get what you pay for." As if our lower spending level is to blame for poor workmanship! That is just backward thinking, it doesn't serve our best interest and it only serves to protect companies who do shoddy work from being held responsible and accountable. I will not comply with this! This mentality has to stop and we consumers need to expect better workmanship, no matter how little or how much money we spend on merchandise. The companies set the price, we agree to pay their desired price, companies need to provide working and durable merchandise to a customer, no matter what they set the price at! And, this is especially true of powered machines, not for the fact that we spend our money at their store alone, but also for SAFETY REASONS!!!!! The assembly of this mower was easy and fast. Great, I was pumped up and ready to mow my yard! I plugged it in (YES I BOUGHT THE RIGHT CORD FOR IT), turned it on, and right off the mower didn't sound nor behave like the "power machine" other reviewers claimed. But, it was mowing sufficiently enough to do somewhat of a good job on the highest height level. Then, the mower sounded like it was starting to bog down and wasn't cutting the grass as well as it did in the beginning. Suddenly I smelled the putrid smell of burnt rubber and immediately turned the mower off. When I turned the mower on its side to get a look underneath to see if it was clogged up (which it wasn't), it began smoking a lot. I immediately unplugged it and ran into my house to grab my iPhone so I could take a video of this mower smoking and post the video here to let future customers see this mower in action before purchasing it. All this happened in about TWO MINUTES after I turned the mower on!!! Bottom line...I want a total refund!!! I want my money back for this piece of junk mower and I want the shipping costs to be paid by the company or Amazon, to get this thing sent back to where it came from. Cause, I don't want to have to pay for a garbage bill to get this thing gone! Yep, I'm furious....you can bet on that! ... show more

This lawn mower is perfect for my small lawn (300sq ft). I chose a plug-in over battery after I watched my neighbors get frustrated when their battery operated mowers lose charge after 15-20 minutes. Small, quiet and very efficient. This mower is light enough to carry with one hand.

I was skeptical about buying the lawnmower, because the price was cheap but honestly, I needed a lawnmower, super quick and it could be here the next day and I figured if it sucked, I could just return it. My heavy gas lawnmower broke and I had a jungle to mow. It was very easy to put together. It does take a while for the battery to charge. It went through my very high grass easily. I did have to stop and charge the battery halfway through but considering how tall the grass was that wasn’t a problem. I mow the lawn weekly and I haven’t had any problems with the lawnmower. You can easily push it with one hand. I have a steep hill that is bumpy in my backyard and it is so easy to use this lightweight lawnmower on it! My old gas one mower was so heavy. I would have to take a couple of breaks mowing before I could do the whole hill… now I can run right through it because the lawnmower is so lightweight. The mower bag easily fits into a paper leaf bag so when you are dumping the grass, it just slides into the leaf bag. I like not having to mess with leaf bag to get the grass into it. It mows right through little twigs. It’s a great lawnmower. It makes nice diagonal lines in my grass. It easily goes around trees and mulching. If you have a huge lawn or your a couch potato… you might want to get a second battery set. It’s a great lawnmower … lightweight… easy to move around… not noisy. ... show more
