This product really makes my skin look perfect. My skin looks smooth and soft and flawless. I’ve never looked so good with any other concealer. It goes on so easy, you can’t make a mistake. It lasts all day u til I wash it off. So even if you have a long day, you will still look amazing.

First off I love the oversized tube and large applicator sponge tip. With that said, a lot of product comes out in a glob , so be aware. A little goes a long way, so that’s a plus. It’s very creamy out of the tube, but dries cakey and clings to my lines. You need to spread /blend it quickly. That may not be an issue on a younger woman, I’m 64. It covers well, doesn’t budge and does last all day. Maybe that’s the trade off ? The color N6 look great in the tube but actually looks a tad too light/bright on me. I remember having that issue with the dermablend roll up concealer back in the 80s. It took a few tries to get my right shade. That particular concealer was thick and hard to spread , so I though this one would be more moisturizing, but it also dries out once applied. I think the dryness is what makes it last all day, similar to long wearing matt lipsticks .

I bought this based on so many stellar reviews, but I'm not feeling this as a concealer at all. I don't even think it's that great at covering up blemishes, veins, etc. either, so I'm not sure what all the hype was about. It dries VERY fast - almost too fast - so if you have dry skin like I do, you won't like that part. I have tried many many concealers from pretty much every brand that's out there and I STILL can't find something that will conceal my bags and dark circles. I never really had such a problem with that until last year when I turned 53, which is pretty good because many women who are a lot younger than me deal with bags and dark circles long before I did. But for me, it's paramount, now that my skin is maturing, to get something that is not so drying since we older ladies typically have issues with drying skin. But I also want to have my entire makeup look to be flawless, and although the rest of my makeup is, I have yet to find a concealer that gives me a flawless look in my eye area which is VERY important when you're in your 50s! This photo is NOT edited and has no filter. The only reason my eyes look decent in this picture is because I put on my Shiseido concealer on top of the Dermablend, used a dab of the setting spray from Charlotte Tillbury, and finished off with a light dusting of finishing powder from Tarte. I felt like I had to do a little extra layering and orrecting because the Dermablend just didn't do much to help cover my dark circles. I am lucky that I don't really have such pronounced crows feet, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend ladies in my age group to layer another concealer on top because it could settle into fine lines. So I'm a little disappointed that I paid a little more than usual for this product and it really didn't live up to the hype from other reviews. Time to go hunting for another concealer that will actually check ALL the boxes for us older ladies because this certainly wasn't it.

Dermablend has been my go-to concealer forever-- even when its formulations were cakey and hard to apply.. cause they WORK. And now this liquid concealer is a cinch to erase nm dark undereye circles. I dot on cover other dark spots on my face and on my ankle. It doesn't crease and it stays on even during a gym workout. Practice makes perfect and you HAVE to choose the right shade--the one that's closest to your complexion. Apply in thin coats and let it set for a minute before blending a short tipped brush. then let dry and build if you need more coverage. A makeup artist tip: apply a light spray of primer first which makes it go on easier. Also use a 10x magnifying mirror which helps for even application. Drop by a store that has testers so you can determine the write shade before you buy.

This product was one of two shades I ordered. One of the shades appeared as expected. This one arrived in an opened Dermablend box with a piece of clear taped used to hold it closed. When I got it out of the box there was make-up smudged on the tube and the product was very clearly used. Absolutely disgusted.
