I LOVE this jacket. My motorcycle is a bright yellow and I wanted a leather jacket to match. It does! I was afraid that it would be an "off-yellow" (mustard) but it is a beautiful, bright color just like I hoped it would be. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered one size larger than my normal 2XL and the 3XL I got fits perfect! The sleeves are a bit long but that is exactly what is needed for motorcycle riding because your arms are stretched out. The flap under the main zipper keeps wind out and there are lots of zip-close pockets. The collar closes around your neck to keep it warm on cool days or can be left open when it's warmer. Thinking really hard I can only think of one thing that I wish were different and that is the top front outside pocket. I wish there were two but there is just one, on the left. There are two lower pockets. The length is also great as riders need jackets a bit longer so they don't expose your back when leaning forward. The weight of the leather is intermediate (not thin like a fashion jacket but not heavy like winter-weather riding) and just right for the Spring & Fall riding season. All in all if I could give this jacket 6 stars, I would. I am VERY pleased with it.

It’s an all around comfortable and good jacket I haven’t found a single thing to complain about it’s a quality leather jacket that doesn’t entirely break the bank there is a warning on the label of the leather jacket when you get it telling you to bare with them on the leather smell it won’t last and there right that smell only lasts a day or two at most

This is the second one. The first was horrible quality. This one is perfect. Great fit and finished in high quality fashion. Except for the strong smell of petroleum, akin to a tire store, I highly recommend this jacket.

When ordering from online retailers the most important fact or question is, will it fit? This jacket did fit great with only 1 small flaw. It was difficult to get my hands through the sleeve. Taking the jacket off or putting the jacket on was slow in that it was hard to get my hand completely through the very end of the sleeve. Other than that everything else about the jacket was great. The leather was soft and flexible and the Navy Blue color was excellent. I was complemented on the jacket all day long. The lining I ordered keeps me warm and the jacket looked great with a turtle neck sweater and Levi 501 jeans. I wore my navy blue shoes which matched the jacket perfectly. Overall I was completely satisfied with my purchase and I will be ordering a Yellow one in the near future. Photos to follow.

I bought this for a Christmas gift. He actually wears a 3x. I bought a 5x to be sure it would be roomy enough & I knew that leather runs smaller. When I received it I took it out of the package. Tried it on and it would not even come close to closing on me. I wear a size 18. Was very disappointed. The quality isn’t very good either. It is very thin and no heavier than a Spring parka. Most leather I’ve seen or had myself were a bit weighty. This definitely is not. I just don’t consider this good quality. Will return it for a refund. Laverapelle have really been willing to resolve the problem.

Great quality leather and design. As long as it fits. Which is tricky. UPDATE: I ordered a replacement next size up as the jacket was too tight in the shoulders and the replacement arrived wrinkled. There’s no difference in shoulder/chest size, the next size up is only wider in the waist which makes the jacket look like a balloon. Now I am stuck and have to pay more to get altered. Hopefully the wrinkles will go away soon at least. Get a custom size to be safe.
