Return or Replace Policy – we purchased the extended 3-year protection from Asurion, available in the Amazon process. Packaging & Contents The gazebo arrived very well-packaged, with all components securely packed and protected. Every piece was clearly labeled with a sticker, which made it easy to verify that nothing was missing. I checked the contents against the list provided, and everything was accounted for. Assembly Experience The instructions consist mainly of pictures, which can be a bit challenging to follow. Written instructions alongside the images would have been extremely helpful and likely would have sped up the assembly process. You’ll definitely need at least two people for assembly, and I recommend three when assembling the main structure. Laying out all the parts and unpacking took about an hour, and the full assembly required an additional 2–3 hours. Materials & Build Quality The materials are excellent—both the frame and the fabrics feel durable and high-quality. The fit of the parts is generally very good, and the zippered corners on the canopy make it easier to fit the fabric over the roof structure. However, the top roof (smaller) canopy lacks a zippered pocket on one of the corners, which made it impossible to get the last corner on; it really needs about 2 more inches of stretch. It did not fit. Both the top and bottom canopies could stand to be a bit larger, as they felt quite tight during installation. We’ll see how it does with high winds. Design & Engineering The gazebo is very sturdy and well-designed, especially the dual curtain system for privacy and insect protection. However, the expansion bolts included came with no instructions, and there were only two per column. I opted to use my own 1½” lag bolts per column for a more secure installation to our wooden deck. Overall Impression Pros: • Excellent quality materials • Sturdy construction • Thoughtful design features (like zippered corners) • Attractive, elegant blue color • Comprehensive packaging and clear labeling • Compared to other shelters we’ve purchased, this one is far superior in every way. Cons: • Assembly instructions could be much clearer with written steps • Top and bottom canopies need to be slightly larger for easier installation • Expansion bolts lack instructions and may not be sufficient for all surfaces. And there needs to be 4 bolts per column in order to secure the shelter structure to a wooden deck. Final Rating: 4.9 out of 5 With just a few minor improvements—mainly to the instructions and canopy sizing—this gazebo would be perfect. As it stands, it’s a fantastic addition to any backyard or garden. So far, so good. We’ve only had it for a few days.

This gazebo is worth every penny!! It is very well made ( although I am not crazy about the Velcro topped curtains. My other gazebo had hooks for the curtains. I am not sure how long the Velcro will last after continual use), but the gazebo is very sturdy and strong. We had another brand gazebo that was nowhere near as sturdy as this one. With the old one we had to attach it to the back of the house and even with sand bags and weights it still never stood completely straight. We also had to put a tarp over the top of our last gazebo as every time it rained the roof leaked. The roof on this gazebo is tight and never leaks after a rainstorm. I also love the flops that cover the top of the curtains on the outside. This is a great decorative touch. I would HIGHLY recommend this gazebo!!

The gazebo is great and I love it I would have given it a 5 star but the instructions sucks are not that easy to follow and are confusing it needs to be better explained not just pictures to look at love the size and the color of the canopy and the structure is very durable

We purchased several gazebos from Amazon since 2019 and, by far, Lausaint Home Outdoor Patio Gazebo has been THE best! We usually opt for the pop-up gazebo but decided that we wanted something a bit sturdier. We researched several patio Gazebos and, ultimately, went with Lausaint due to the reviews of other customers. Particulars: We purchased our Gazebo in early May 2024. We have the 10' x 13' elegant navy-blue gazebo. Favorite feature: We love that the gazebo comes with mosquito netting and a privacy curtain. You can see outside of the privacy curtain but people outside of the gazebo can't see inside. This will work perfectly for my ladies' event that includes a traveling masseuse! The gazebo is the perfect size! Sturdiness: One of our primary complaints with pop-ups and EZ Gazebos is the inability to withstand even moderate inclement weather. We lost quite a few pop ups due to unexpected wind/rainstorms. Just recently, however, a rainstorm rolled through with winds of about 30 mph for about 10/15 minutes. the privacy curtains were closed all the way around the gazebo (which we don't usually do) and, to our surprise, it held up perfectly! The TV and furniture that was housed in the gazebo didn't get wet and wasn't blown all around. In fact, everything was well preserved! The frame-legs are much bigger (and sturdier) than those found on traditional EZ Gazebos. My husband grounded the legs by using sandbags. He placed each of the four legs in empty sandbags and then filled the sack. The sandbags hold about 35 Lbs. of sand each so, needless to say, it's pretty grounded. Problems/Issues: The only problems we had with this gazebo was that the zipper on the privacy curtains and net would snag and ultimately became a hassle to properly close. Additionally, the top portion (the cap) of the gazebo would occasionally be blown off on one corner if the wind was too high. Perhaps it was a manufacturer defect because the top didn't fit as snug as we thought it should. Usually, I would have given a 4-star rating because of the defect; however, Lausaint's customer service was so FANTASTIC that the zipper issue seemed like a minor inconvenience. When I reached out to Lausaint about the zipper and cap issue, they were prompt at resolving my problem and quickly sent me replacement parts - which have been operating perfectly ever since! Overall, we LOVE this gazebo and hope to enjoy it for many years to come!

I specifically poured a concrete pad just for this gazebo and enjoyed it for a little less than a year. It came down due to high winds obviously, but there is one apparent flaw in the quality of the post bases, and how the posts attach to them. The bases are secured to the pad using tapcon anchors, that isn’t the issue whatsoever. The posts, however, are secured to the bases using little machine screws that affix to these tiny rounded protrusions from the base, they are about 3/4” tall and maybe 1/8” thick. It’s not worth your money SOLELY because of that, unless you would like to constantly monitor for high winds and remove the cover every time there is a chance of it; which honestly defeats the purpose. I’m not writing this review *because* I had one bad experience, I’m writing it due to poor material choice/design. Any and everyone who uses this will see the same problem arise regardless of the circumstances due to simple physics and structural incompetence. The only way this could be fixed is if the manufacturer re-designs the bases that utilize thick steel connectors that are multiple feet tall to better stabilize the posts.

Created this canopy room for Summer in Denver CO. I got tired of putting an 9' outdoor umbrella up and down and even when in the tilted pole position I just could get enough shade. Tool about 1 hour to assemble with 2 adults. All parts clearly marked and directions very clear. Will review again later in Summer as to wind, rain, durability.
