I was first pleased with the grey color of the material, a nice light grey. When I assembled the framing with the easy to follow instructions, it was done in about an hour by myself. The parts seem to be fairly durable and good quality. Had no problem with assembly, everything fit together easily. No parts missing, a few extra even. There are fasteners included giving you options for securing the foot pads to various types of surfaces. Was surprised at this since other canopies I've purchased, never offered this. I would definitely consider purchasing this since I think its a great value and quality. As with any canopy of this type, make plans when possible high winds are in the forcast. You need to take steps on preparing for it. I've had canopies destroyed when not prepared. I did street fairs for year so have had plenty of experience with canopies. Cheers!

Gave two starts originally: Good: price point, easy to put together, quick assembly time, comes with the curtain which has zippers on all four sides, looks nice Bad: you definitely need something strong to hold it down, as it’s built VERY light and could definitely blow away in strong winds (we used flower pots on the corners to make it look nice), it is NOT water resistant (even in quick light rain sprinkles come through) Update: after the first storm, a leg indeed broke as expected :( 4 stars updated due to great customer service! Customer service contacted me and immediately offered a replacement part. Upon learning what part it was, they didn’t have it in stock. Therefore, they sent me an entirely new gazebo as an apology. 10/10 customer service!

I don't always write reviews but if you think this canopy/gazebo suits your needs perfectly, just buy it. It is wonderful quality. I took the fabric down during winter since we get heavy snow and threw it right back up this spring. It has held up extremely well and looks brand new still. We live in a town with extreme gusts of wind, and even so, it is still standing. Do not hesitate! Literally just popped back on here because I was in the middle of opening it and said outloud, "best purchase ever."

As advertised, worth the price. I wanted this to cover the hot tub and it still looks great after a year. I added weights to the feet for stability, but in major rain/windstorms it held up well.
