UPDATE 2 - I am updating my star number to reflect the good customer service that I've received from the the Lausaint company following their receipt of my reviews/concerns. UPDATE - I've noticed since positing this review that the velcro pieces on the corner tie-backs are already coming unattached. --------- If you're able to "roll with the punches" and think outside the box, the gazebo is quite nice once fully put together. However, for a $300+ purchase it's a lot of money for a product with various flaws. 1) Out of 8 corner brackets, only 2 had accurately spaced holes for installing the relevant screws (see photos). With the other 6 corner brackets the spacing was off by almost an inch. This meant that we had to drill secondary holes into the metal brackets in order to put the frame together. If you lack the skills, or the tools, to drill holes into metal, you won't be able to put the frame together. If you are able to drill holes into metal, you'll need two people, as you'll need an extra person to hold the bracket in place while the other person drills (unless you happen to have a whole tool set up to clamp them to a base while cutting). 2) The instructions don't clearly explain/show how to hang both the curtains and the mosquito netting. We had to rehang both multiple times before getting it right. That's assuming that we did get it right. Particularly with the mosquito netting... if you hang it inside the metal framework corners it creates gaps in the corners letting mosquitos in, but if hung outside the corners it's too tight and won't close easily at the zippers. I believe the correct way is to hang them inside the corners (the instructions could easily explain this rather than including a confusing illustration), but then you are going to have bugs get in. The netting also doesn't hang all of the way to the floor, also letting in more bugs. *When installing, note that the curtains hang on the outside square rods, the netting on the inside round rods. 3) The curtains definitely are not waterproof as listed. Based on advice we purchased waterproofing spray to help the curtains last longer, and yet the liquid easily permeated the curtain fabric (see photo). If they were waterproof the liquid should have beaded on the surface. Instead it took 2+ bottles of $50 each waterproofing spray to waterproof the fabric. So if you want to waterproof this gazebo, add $100 in supplies to your total cost. 4) The top corners come off pretty easily. Look at my finished photo of the gazebo and you'll see the top right corner has come unattached. This happened within an hour of installation without any wind or rain. In the weeks since installing the gazebo we've been unable to re-attach that corner as the whole top is too tight. 5) The supplies do not include any extra screws (which is now standard quality procedure). Therefore if you drop or lose one while putting the whole gazebo together, too bad for you, you'll have to go to the hardware store and find a match.

The frame is very sturdy and survived minimal winds and rain during the 4 months I had it up. The canopy is very hard to get on during setup. I don't leave anything outside in the winter and when removing the canopy, the seams at the corners started to rip. I was as careful as I could be, but I'm not sure when I put the canopy on next summer it will go back on without tearing completely. The curtains around the sides are great. One of the curtains was missing one the velcro straps, but I just used a large paper clip to solve that. Expensive but good product. I think the canopy is one season only. Hope I can get another one next year. Update: I have changed my rating to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and quickly addressed my issue.

First of all the FedEx driver left my delivery on the curb on a pile of snow where Township had plowed. Very unhappy with that. Now. Assembly impossible due to missing or incomplete manufacturing. There is a place to screw curtain rods on B1 and B2 but nothing there to screw in to.

Overall, this is a great product. I have it anchored to my concrete patio and it's made it through wind, rain and Sun with no issues. Where I did run into a problem was removing the top for the winter. (heavy snow will crush these types of gazebos. Don't ask me how I know. 😬) I probably should have loosened some bolts to make removal a bit easier but instead I tried to muscle it off and it ripped. Fast forward to this Spring - I hopped on Amazon to purchase a replacement but couldn't find it available for sale. I reached out to the manufacturer and they told me they'd replace it at no charge. It was out of warranty and they still offered to send it to me. I greatly appreciated the gesture and am grateful it was a no-hassle exchange. Their customer service team was great to deal with.

This is a pretty good value for the 10x20. You can find YouTube videos with how to setup but the manual is all pics and served well. I was just barely able to do it all solo. 2 person would have made it a 2hr job tops. I did the roof 1st which would have been genuis if I didnt bend one of the arms having to set on itself because I wasn't prepared for the balance act to get it over the main frame. But price I paid for doing it solo and out of order. And the other reviewer aren't kidding that zipper corner is last but I still haven't been able to install it. Everything else is great. Hopefully it'll handle the South Carolina beach sun. I may spray fabric UV protector to extend life.. oh and its not as tall as it looks in the picture peak feels like 10ft tall sides maybe 7ft. Overall still happy with it as long as it lasts. Didn't see any clear maintenance instructions to help prolong the life and I hope canopy aren't discontinued for the 10x20 as it looks like that size may be discontinued.

First, the canopy is beautiful and sturdy. I received many compliments from friends and family. When trying to remove it for the winter, the top was ripped and I discussed getting a replacement. Though it was user error, even with it still being within my warranty, I asked if I could purchase another canopy top. Customer service was more than willing to send me another at no cost and free shipping! They really went above and beyond for me and I so appreciate that. The picture shown on Amazon is exactly the way it looks when fully assembled. Five star service in my opinion.
