The unit that connects into the diagnostic port broke on the 2nd use. Only options given are to spend another $260 or to return it. It seems to work well when it works, but support is obviously nonexistent.

The media could not be loaded. Looking for a scan tool with Topology mapping capabilities? Most scanner manufacturers reserve Topology mapping for models costing twice or three times as much as this tool. This scanner does Topology mapping every bit as well as another scanner we have that costs twice as much! Topological mapping is the proverbial cats meow for diagnosing difficult communication issues between models. At this price, it does not make sense not to have it. Add in the fact that this unit also has some ADAS capabilities and on a dollar per capability basis, this unit from Launch blasts everything else we've seen out of the water. ... show more

    • Topology works great, built tough
The media could not be loaded. So far have used this on half a dozen vehicles and it hasn't failed us yet. Topology is really nice for diagnosing no communication faults and it has worked on every vehicle we have tried it on. It is fast, battery life is good and the Bluetooth dongle is fast also. No complaints at all, definitely much better than our ancel ds600 which is a launch copy. ... show more
