Great tool. Has bailed me out and completed functions both Autel and Snap On have failed to complete. Has also completed service functions on BMW Autel and IScan failed to preform. This is coming from a person who does nothing but program and diagnosis vehicles all day long. Packaging was excellent, didn't have to worry about product being damaged. The scanner is a great piece of equipment, packed with so many features and tests.     • Pissed off by unethical selling morals
Update May 20th. So it’s now $3500 from the dealer to replace a clock spring that has corrupted coding and reprogramming all modules on my car and dealer is not even sure this will resolve it. All because the item doesn’t indicate that it’s not for US production support. I will be seeking legal guidance and suing this vendor for damages. I purchased this unit and it wrote codes to my car that over Road my ECU and a number of other functions on my steering and control module plus my gateway. Called Support and was told that this unit is not a US based coding device is built for international vehicles and they aren’t able to pull up the serial number in their system as a US device. It is very disappointing to have an item like this sold at this level of cost they can cost such significant damage to your vehicle by lack of understanding from this seller on what he is putting out to the public. I never leave reviews, but by all means this is now going to cost me three times the amount of this tool and I wish I can charge the seller for it or that Amazon will step up and take action, ridiculous ... show more
