There is only one handle, so using only one at a time. Changing the cutting tool in the handle is a but awkward as the allen wrench doesn't like going into the allen screw. the collar on the handle keeps coming loose. The location of the inserts on both of the ones where the carbide tip is mounted is machined to large and allows the tip to move off to the side so it is not square. The last thing is, the square carbide tip broke in two, that might have been me, but I do not know for sure. For the money, I would say this was worth it, I would not pay a higher price for it.

had an issue with the fit of the carbide cutter on the detailer. The tool steel was larger than the cutter insert. I contacted the company with the problem and had a reply quickly and the tools was replaced.

The customer service of this company is very good, I emailed and had a reply the very next day. So no complaints. But the product it's self has some manufacturing issues, the finishing cutter does not fit into the handle. I complained and they immediately sent me an entire new cutting kit and said to keep the original kit. Great ! Except the new kit has the exact same problem with the finishing cutter not fitting the handle. I found a big mechanical sander, and basically sanded the cutting rod until it fit correctly. But I shouldn't have to do that on a brand new product. I would not buy from this vendor, who gets the product from China, again...

These lathe tools do an excellant job. I have been using them just about every day and love them.

2 of the shafts would not fit into the handle. I had to grind them down enough to get them into the handle at least enough to set the anchor screws. They still won't slide very far into the handle like the other 2. I should have sent the whole set back but I needed the cutters now.
