Get you arms pumped
Well my husband seems to get a lot of out of those. He likes to show me all that they do, but I still have not clue on what does what. I can't use them since they arw too heavy for my fragile weak little arms.

Already tearing
The first package we received was obviously a return - the box was beaten up and taped back together, and it was missing one of the pieces. Amazon facilitated a return/replacement, and the D-straps on the second one are already tearing after just a couple of uses. I'll sew it back together, but I definitely don't recommend.

Great Grips for Comfort and Great Value
The media could not be loaded. The gym where I live has a lat pulldown, but was lacking some of the attachments I like using for other exercises, so I ordered this cable attachment set from Powerfly on Amazon. This set comes with the double d handle, tricep rope, and single exercises handles so I'm able to do more exercises and work muscles unilaterally to correct strength deficits. Definitely recommend this brand as the price is reasonable and the attachments are all high quality with good grips.

good set
I looked at quite a few sets and this met my needs. Tricep rope is outside "airing out" the bit of plastic smell. Nothing severe or invasive. V-bar or double D-bar is well lubricated and all welds look good and no sharp edges noted. Stirrup handles look like they'll last especially since I won't be doing heavy wgts w/these. I wish this set came w/a V-tricep bar but bought that separate.
