Bought a few months ago, everything been fine but now getting errors in lightburn. reinstalled driver, reinstalled lightburn ect nothing. looked online and said it could be a power supply issue so bought another power supply. Still the same. Contacted customer support 6 days ago and no reply. item suppose to have a 12 month warranty but its no good if the customer support wont respond. Don't waste your money on this. $900 for a paperweight. very disappointed

A significant note to consider that is lacking with this product. As this is an item that can be necessary when using these laser engraving machines as it finishes and gives more precise cuts to your design. In addition to keeping the lens cool and reducing smoke and debris. That being said, it’s not a costly item to purchase separately. Other than that, product works as advertised. Also, provides lifetime technical support.
