It says can cut through all kinds of material, but even with air assist it failed to cut through 1/8 paperboard on full power. Similar to a standard 5 watt but has a finer line I guess. Overall not happy for the price paid.

Excited to get this to upgrade .y existing longer laser when I got it there is no manual or I structions!! Tried to contact manufacturer but nothing there on internet. Tried customer service. Should have gotten a prostat exam !! My opinion is look for another where you can get help somewhere, especially for the money lost. Also came with missing parts.

This is no better than my 5.5w! Finer point but definitely not putting out 10w’s. Not worth the money or time to swap out from 5.5w. Taking 3+ passes to cut 3mm B/B birch plywood and same size basswood!
