The Ubroo Laser Hair Removal with cooling is fantastic! I was skeptical when I bought this and had done a lot of research on various brands before pulling the trigger to purchase, but I am so glad I did. Being Italian, the need to shave is ever present and I was looking forward to the summer and tired of not wearing half my wardrobe because I didn't have time to shave, so I bought this and thought, it can't hurt. What a game changer! I started using it in February of this year at level 2, it did not hurt and the cooling sensation is very nice. It does take me a long time, only because I'm super thorough. You have to shave first and definitely use the protective glasses (I look away for further protection once I've placed the device where it needs to be). I did it once a week, incrementally going up 2 levels, for a few weeks in a row, by the 4th time I was at level 8 and the hair grew back much less by day 10 of not shaving or using it, which is wonderful. By my 5th use I went up to level 9 (highest) with no pain, I feel it on certain areas, but it's not painful with the cooling affect. I would say this is a great product and highly recommend. I stopped using it after my 8th time because summer is here where I live and you can't have a tan going on, it's better on pale legs. I could have used it twice a week as recommended and had stronger results, but wasn't able to due to life at the time, however I am exceedingly happy with my results and will use it again more consistently when winter comes back around to finish what I started. If you're looking for a great product at an even better price, this is the one.

This is my second unit from the same company. I bought one a few months ago and I was so impressed by it that I decided to buy this one too for the wife. First off, the packaging is top notch: nice double box with upscale graphics (gold foil etc). Beautiful if you need to use it as a gift to someone else like I did. Inside the box you will find everything you need to get started right away: a small razor, a pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes, the unit, power cord and manual in English. There unit is light and easy to hold. It has a power button on the side that you can hold down to power it on or off. Then you have two buttons to increase or decrease the light levels. And finally on the side there is also a M button that you can use to switch between the 3 modes: hair removal, acne removal and skin rejuvenator. In the front there is the main big button that you can hold down to switch between manual mode or automatic mode. I usually keep it in automatic mode: in that mode, the unit functions by itself when you put the head in contact with your skin. In the front, there is also a LED screen that show you the modes and level you are on. Easy to read. So what do I think about these units? The construction: is really good, beautiful to look at and solid built. Should last a long time. The price: it is priced really well. Yes there are cheaper ones but remember that you get what you pay for. And it works just as good as the units priced 2 or 3 times higher. The cooling effect: this really works. I would not buy a unit without it. It works: most importantly, it really really works. Listen I was very skeptical about these things but like I said before, this is now my second unit. I used to have to shave my arms every day and I just came back from 2 weeks in Europe and I haven’t have to shave once. Not once. Amazing!
