My daughter and I used to get electrolysis for permanent hair removal, but after she had her kids, it was hard for her to get time to get to the salon. She can use this at home, even between meetings when she has a few minutes. She says she likes it and it works as expected. She tells me she experiences no pain, and the unit seems to be if good quality. I think it was a good value.

Let me say first...this item was delivered fast, packaged well, and looked attractive. That being said, the instructions were horrible, disjointed and very difficult to follow. And then the fact that this product didn't even work? Yes, it powered up but no laser. I tried several times but got the same results. I asked my husband to read the instructions because he's good at figuring these things out. When even he couldn't make any sense of it, I gave up, contacted Amazon, and the item is now on the way back to the seller. One more note. When I ordered this thing, it had over 4,000 ratings with a high % of 5-star ratings and several positive reviews. I read some of them. Now? Same item has 42 ratings but not one review. I find that odd.

I'm a 35 yo male with chest and back hair. been using this for a couple months now and it does not work at all. complete waste of money. its really weak light. takes forever to flash between hits. will get VERY hot if you slide it on your skin instead of picking it up and moving it to the next spot. DO NOT BUY! save yourself the trouble and look for something else.

I just used this product, and wow does it do miracle for my leg hair. It’s very versatile and can be used for both your arms and legs, and it’s extremely affordable and worth it, it performs very easily, and makes me so much more comfortable. The mechanism’s design is very sleek, if you have a lot of arm/leg hair, this is a huge pain relief, I definitely recommend using this product!

I've been using this now for a few weeks and there's no difference. Sometimes, it feels like it's electrocuting my face, other times it feels just fine. Hair is not thinning.

After two shots, it makes me wait at least a minute to do it again. I don’t know if it’s same for all devices but if it’s like this, probably just gonna return it takes forever.
