The (grown) kid’s Jeep started making a horrible whining sound. Hearing it under the hood reminded me of when I’d heard this sound before. These things always seem to happen at night, so I ordered up this replacement alternator, along with an idler pulley and fan belt, from Amazon. They sent the items overnight and by that evening the Jeep was back on the road. Amazon has a feature that ensures the parts you are ordering will fit your vehicle, which they all did. All this for considerably less money than the local car parts store was charging. The parts are all better quality than the originals. They fit perfectly.
