My wife has tried using this a couple of times and it hasn't worked for her. Yes, it lights up and she can feel it on her leg and it even smells like burning hair, but no hair is removed. So apparently her hair is pretty tough. She's tried it on low and up to the highest and it still hasn't worked. It comes with dark glasses that you want to be sure and use. It also came with a razor. The box is very large for a small item. My wife says it's way too big for storing the device in, which is sad.

Do Not purchase this item. We had family issue and missed the return window. This product never turned on. We charged it but it never worked. There isnt any support on the item so if it doesn’t work then you are stuck with it. It’s trash!!

Overall I am pleased - it does as advertised and isn't particularly uncomfortable to use. I am a little sad at how you can basically only use arms and legs but not the end of the world. Feels like a premium device and it works well, I'd definitely recommend a try. :)

The quality of this laser hair removal device is excellent. It has the cooling effect which I really appreciate since the comfort is extremely important for the first time users. Like the manual says always use the eyes protector and follow all the instructions to get the results. The most important reason I recommend this product is that it’s FDA approved. Safety is critical while using this kind of machine as you might see the side effect in like a year or two. For $149, you are getting the safe laser hair removal device - hard not to recommend it.

First and foremost, the protective glasses should be worn when operating. I set it off on accident when getting it set up. I recommend wearing the glasses even during setup for this reason. The touch controls are nice but can be easily bumped when using the device if you move your had too far forward. Push buttons would be less likely to have this occur. I state this as I did bump the buttons on more than one occasion changing the settings. The amount of heat felt on the first setting is negligible for both my wife and I. We could start to feel the heat on the second level. We have not been adventurous enough to go past two at this time. The cooling feature is very welcome. Per the manual, the cooling feature has no real medicinal value however it does feel good as the tip of the machine gets pretty cool.
