I am missing a dang safet stop. Its on 1 piece not the other. How does this get missed? It didnt break in shipping if it had i could fix. Totally missing piece. All twisted isnt leveled. Worst instructions of anything ive ever bought. 99% positive i will be sending back.

This Falcon 10w was the second-best purchase I've ever made, second only to an Ender 3 v3 SE 3D printer. It was simple to set up and use, and plays perfectly with Lightburn software. I would definitely recommend buying the Air Assist unit to go with it for cleaner cuts and less burn and would also add the cover with extractor venting if you have limited ventilation or little spectators. I would also recommend a 500x500 honeycomb base to avoid desk burnage and unnecessary reflections. An awesome unit and wish I'd bought one sooner. ... show more

When I received the product it was missing a few pieces. The non 90° 3 ways. But the seller did respond quickly to the missing pieces. And I received them within A few days. I really like the size of the enclosure, as well as the visibility to be able to check in on projects.     • Needs some modification

This enclosure works ok. I had to do some modifications to make it work better. 1. Make sure it sits flat on the table 2. The fan that comes with it is not strong enough by itself to ventilate the enclosure. Creality offers a kit with just a fan and hose. The enclosure has two fan hookups. I bought the fan kit and it made a big difference 3. Pay attention to your window. Or wherever you’re venting. When I started my hose was venting it out the window and then the fumes came right back through the window. I got some 3” flanges and built a frame and mounted my fan hoses to it to keep fumes from coming back in. 4. This enclosure is not air tight and there could be some things to make it better. 5. I used this on a longer B1 laser. It does fit however the laser has to be raised about an inch. My laser is currently sitting on cans of chicken. Overall I’m happy with the enclosure. The price might of been a little high but it does what I bought it for and I’ll use it untill it’s wore out or something better comes along. ... show more

I had read other reviews that criticized these for having aluminum instead of steel honeycombs. The one I received has a steel honeycomb, so magnetic fixtures work on it just fine.

    • Works as Intended.

This Enclosure works as intended. Just make sure you vent it outside so as not to fill the house with smoke. you can also use a wet/dry vac and get a Hepa filter for it and then you won't have to vent outside. The Tinted window keep you from hurting your eyes while watching the Laser work, and it keeps the smoke and smell pretty much contained. For added convenience you can put led lights inside by hooking them to the frame so you can see better. ... show more

Product arrived in pristine package condition, upon assembly found to be missing 4 120 degree connectors. Complained to Amazon. My only option was to reorder a replacement. The replacement arrived and is missing the same pieces. Contacted Creality direct and found they don't have any connectors available and it might be a very long while until they have any. What a waste of time!! ... show more
