Yes we only gave him this 3 wheels scooter for Christmas last night, but it was an instant success! Our grandson is 5 year old grandson and couldn't get enough. It took him a little while to figure out that turning was done by leaning the handle bar left or right (rather than turning it like a regular scooter (for older kids)) but once he got that... he was riding all over the house. When he got fast enough (5 year old fast) the wheels started lighting up! Very cute. This 3-wheel scooter has a back brake and you can install a seat (we didn't do it . . . yet). It’s very stable and sturdy. Able to make turns smoothly. Rides smoothly in different turf. The only thing is I thought the seat would be able to go up and down but you actually have to screw it on and off.

The scooter is wonderful and assembles and rides very well for a boy around 10 years old. However, the brake at the heel broke under normal use, both the thin metal and plastic that connects it simply cracked. It is well taken care of and stored inside out of the elements, I just think the metal is so thin that it broke. Tried contacting the company for a replacement part so I can fix it, but disappointed to have not heard back so far. ... show more
