I was concerned about purchasing this scooter for my daughter as it wasn't a common brand I knew of at the time. I ended up taking a chance and was very happy with the results! The scooter has two large light-up wheels on the front and doubled up smaller wheels on the back so there's a good degree of stability. The scooter turns by leaning the handlebars to the left or right and offers a total of about 30 degrees of turning radius (15 degrees to the left and right) so your child can only make wide turns with the scooter. Why is this a good thing you might ask? Stability. I don't have to worry about my daughter accidentally leaning too far and flipping over the front of the scooter. The quality is pretty good overall - liberal use of plastic and aluminum in the right combo to provide a pretty sturdy platform. I don't have to worry about bigger kids bending or destroying the scooter. The handlebar adjusts from a two-year old's height all the way to a 10 year old. I think the weight limit on this thing is 100lbs but I haven't seen any documentation to support that - just my own testing. Overall I'm very happy with the scooter and recommend it to anyone interested in a stable starter scooter for their kids!

There are several things that I, as a parent really like about this scooter. First, the fact that the scooter comes nearly completely assembled. You have to click the handlebars into the base, line the seat up with the holes in the handlebar support, put a screw in, and viola! It’s done. Second, the scooter doesn’t have the old school way of turning that scooters did when I was a kid. Which I really love. If you gently turn the scooter side to side the wheels turn left or right. This way the kiddo doesn’t have to worry about going to fast and accidentally turning the handlebars to sharp and flipping themselves over. Just lean one way or the other slightly and it’ll turn! It’s honestly genius engineering and I love it. My kiddo picked it up extremely easily (she’s 3). Lastly, the seat is an amazing addition. She’s not all that comfortable standing on it yet, but she has scooted that thing around in the seat all weekend. As you can see by the pic I uploaded, she also watched TV, and ate dinner sitting on it.😂 All in all, it’s extremely easy to assemble, much much MUCH better quality than any that I saw at Wal-Mart, and overall a great buy. I’ve got 2 younger kids that will be getting one of these once they get old enough. I know this looks like a review that I was paid for doing, but I can assure you that I’m just a happy parent with a happier kiddo that felt the need to share my honest opinion!

The scooter is very good, everything about it, construction, easy to assemble, are great. wheel and lights on them also good. Although it doesn't glide as well as we hope. The only reason is not 5 star is the seat can't be bend up if you don't want to use. You "have to" unassemble it to take it out while other brands allow you to just bend the chair up to get it out of the way for standing scooting and then bend it down to sit when you want to. I wish they had that with this scooter. So in essence it makes the seat not very useful the way its designed now.

Well, let me tell you my tough story of finding a scooter for my daughter! The request was to give a pink 3-year-old wheeled scooter (this is a request from my daughter). My demands are that the pen protrude high. Since my jocks are tall, she fell forward on short-handled scooters and of course. It's a great scooter on 3 wheels. I'll recommend it to everyone. It looks reliable, and the height will last for a very long time. I'm glad I was able to find this scooter, even though it wasn't just (it's like there are no tall kids who want to ride a 3 wheeled scooter . lol) Perhaps this is the only scooter that suited us today. We're very happy!

I bought this scooter for my niece 2nd birthday. The product arrived on time but when my brother in-law assembled it, one of the wheels was defective and the light doesn't turn on. Returning it was not an option for me because my niece loved it and she wouldn't let it go. I reached out to the seller and told her the situation. We had a couple of emails back and forth and she was very helpful. She actually sent a replacement for the defective wheel and right now my niece has a scooter with good wheels and all lights turning on. The product itself is very good especially with the addition of the removable chair. It was very sturdy and my niece drives it sitting down. Per my brother in-law the assembly was not a problem. On top of that the scooter came with a helmet. It was not a very high quality helmet but hey, my niece get to drive the scooter inside the house and in the backyard with the helmet. I'm giving them 5 star for the product itself and the customer service that I receive all through the process.

When I began my search for a scooter for my 5 year old who never rode one before, I was concerned of getting one too advanced or one that was just junk. I wanted key things: adjustable handle bar, lean steering, quality and something that wasn't too expensive. I got the PERFECT scooter. She loves it and it had all the features I was looking for. Some scooters have age cut offs at 5 and I was worried that it would be too big or too small for her. This La Scoota was perfect. I think 5 is right in the middle of the suggested age for it and they were right on the money. The seat, she tried first and it was hard to steer but we quickly took it off and away she went. I was also worried about her practicing on my hardwood floors indoors and it didn't leave a scuff so I would recommend indoor and outdoor use. The lights are an added bonus.
