These shoes are great so far. Today is my first time wearing them. Just wanted to let you know some things about them, in my opinion... 1 they are very lightweight, 2 they fit right out of packaging (no need to break them in) 3 they are very comfortable 4 they look great 5 they are breathable. Ok now the only thing I can tell so far is that I will need to get different insoles for these. I have wide feet (which is not a problem with these shoes they fit great) and high arches where I will need better arch support., hence better insoles. I am very impressed with these shoes the toe box is very comfortable (I did order wide and sized up 1/2 size) my feet tend to swell from being on the concrete floors walking all day and these stretch so that's not a problem. I have always bought big heavy boots because I thought they were "safer" but these work just as well and wear so much better my feet breathe so they don't sweat when they swell the shoes stretch so they are not too tight light the boots. Oh yeah one more great thing about these shoes... they are slip on so after a long day on my feet when I get home I don't have to struggle to get them off. Again I have only had them a day, I will update when I have really worn them a while. As for right now, I would definitely recommend these Larnmern slip on strrl shoes. ... show more

I bought these shoes because they were inexpensive and only planned to wear them for a single day during a trip. Honestly, I expected them to be pretty uncomfortable given the price, but they ended up surprising me. That one day turned into a month ago, and I’ve been wearing them regularly ever since. They’re lightweight, easy to slip on, and much more comfortable than I expected for a steel-toe shoe in this price range. If you’re looking for an affordable pair of steel-toe shoes and aren’t expecting much because of the low cost, you might be pleasantly surprised like I was. Good quality and comfortable for the price. That being said, beware the shoe sizing is wrong. I wear a US 10.5 and I got that size in a wide. It was too big by about an inch. I ordered a 9.5 which fit perfect so just make sure to downsize by an inch for better fitment.

These shoes definitely deliver where it matters most—the steel toe. I've accidentally kicked enough equipment, pipes, and random jobsite objects to know they're doing their job. No complaints there. The rest of the shoe, though, feels like the steel toe showed up ready to work while the rest of the shoe called in sick. They're lightweight and comfortable enough, but they could use a little more structure and support to make them feel more solid overall. For the price, they're still a good buy and get the job done. I should've known better than to use these for real work. They are comfortable though. If you work in an office but need safety shoes occasionally for walking around a job site - these are ok for that. They pass the written requirements for safety, but don't offer much real protection for tougher jobs. ... show more

    • Replacing Yo Bro for Daily Work Wear
I'm generally a Yo Bro shoe wearer. Gave these a shot for work, mainly for the waterproof aspect on rainy days. Initial impression, they are insanely comfortable. The foot bed is like walking on clouds. The extra weight at the front, due to the steel toe, took some getting used to. It's noticable. The sole is grippy and seems durable. The first week I wore these to work, I had no less than 3 people ask me about them because they liked the aesthetics. -6 week update (daily wear, avg 8k+ steps a day on concrete, 210lbs). The foot bed has, essentially, completely padded out. Everything else is very intact. I've benefited from the steel toe on multiple occasions. The sole has minimal wear (my Yo Bros would be bald in 8+ weeks). I have not tested the water resistance yet. -Final verdict. I'd like these optioned without the steel toe. Purely for reduced weight/better balance of the shoe. I'm mildly disappointed with the padding out. But only because these things had me sipping on champagne when I first got them, I'm sure. I'll be converting over to these for my daily work shoe, over the Yo Bro. They seem to hold up much better. I'll be replacing them every 10-16 weeks I'd expect, only because of the padding out. Looks like I could get 10+ months out of the rest of the shoe. ... show more
