4 stars because it's cute, exactly like the picture (ottoman was a separate purchase on Amazon), velvet is a little on the blush pink side. Easy to assemble-- just had the add legs, front wheels & both arms rest. I didn't realize how small this feels and looks because the image of the lady made it seem huge. I'm 5'1 and when I sit and rest my back it only rest up onto my mid shoulder blade. But when you set the backrest on lounge-- it's quite comfy. Overall, pleased with the quality of the product, despite it feeling more like a kids sofa. I do plan on adding a 2" foam cushion on the whole seat and faux rabbit sofa protectors because I have cats. Do I recommend this to others? Not really, only if you're looking for a small love seat both in heights and width, I'd image anyone taller than 5'7 would find this uncomfortable. I love this couch. The color was exactly what I wanted (light gray).. The pullout slides are so easy that my 7 year old can do it without any extra assistance. So far the fabric is easy to clean. It fits my husband, son and i comfortably. It did come missing one of the cup holders and the fact that I havent been able to contact the seller directly is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star.
