The media could not be loaded. This box has changed everything for me! I have 2 cats so that meant scooping 2 boxes every other day! They never had a problem using the same box but i didnt like scooping everyday. With this box i dont have to! And the catch tray is good for multiple days with no smell! My mother even said she cant smell the cats anymore which is a big plus when she visits as that was her biggest qualm with visiting. I can also empty and clean the box by just using the app on my phone. Easy to take apart and out together and best of all my cats love it! This was working ok for a few months but now is not cycling regularly. There's only one button on the machine, so you need to use the app as well. And there's no customer support after only 3 months!

We bought this for our new 4-month-old kitten. He has taken to it greatly. You can set the machine to go after the kitty is away from the box, although my little guy likes to watch it. we use regular scoopable kitty litter from Walmart, and it scoops it out nicely. The only smell I have is after about after 5 days you can begin smelling a light odor, and of course when the kitty first uses the facilities. There is a cycle that allows you to completely empty the litter box for a full clean out, this feature is super handy; a wipe down with a Lysol wipe and it's ready to be refilled. When the litter box was delivered the power cord immediately broke off in the machine, which messed up the cord and plug in port, customer service responded within a couple days and sent out a new unit, very smooth process. This unit has everything the more expensive litterboxes has but at a much better price. ... show more

As a night nurse, this was so helpful. I work four to five nights a week on 12-hour shifts, so cleaning the litter of cats and trying to sleep/work was getting exhausting. I did a lot of research, looked at reviews, and decided to try this one. The price was quite a bit too much, but whatever. My girls were very scared of it at first but eventually got used to it.... kinda. I don't think my youngest cat is using it because I have noticed pee spots in other places. I'm sure it's her because I've watched my older ones use it. I am not sure what to do but I am hoping she will understand the litter soon. ... show more

It was funny. I haven't had a sense of smell for over ten years because of Parkinson's. My Dr had adjusted my DBS the other day and the morning after we set it and the cat had used it, I could smell it as I hadn't turned on the deodorize cycle on. After I did no issues.

It seems to work ok, but there are no sensors if your cat goes in while it’s cleaning. It will just keep going around. My cats haven’t used it yet. Something the badly written manual doesn’t tell you, but your phone has to be in 2.4g mode NOT 5G mode to set it up.
