Comfortable chair. Just what I was looking for. Only issue the instructions do not tell you what to do with the screws and other metal parts. It tells you how to put the back and arms on and connect all cords but falls short of where to attach screws. I figured out they belong on the base because there were holes and I screwed them there. Also they should just say connect blue to blue, white to white, and red to red, instead it says 1 and 2 and the picture only shows 2 but there are clearly 3 colors.

Absolutely great find..I’ve looked for 2 months for a chair…the headrest was a big thing for me…and the benefits from the chair will work perfect for my hip and bilateral knee surgeries starting in 2 weeks. The feedbacks helped me make a choice..so thanks to you..our lazyboy’s footrest was out to kill me…I was worried electric would be slow and everyone chuckled over the lift..well let me tell you..getting up from sitting is easier..the lift was a thrill and it adjusts faster than I’d dreamed..I was so disappointed they didn’t have anymore I wish I’d bought 2 because the price was awesome with an electric adjustable headrest..this feature if you read, knit or watching TV is Great. My only con would be a home button and longer cord for the massage/heat, but maybe I just didn’t pull it out enough..was easy to set up came with a bag of screws and no idea what those were for..A great deal for the price..Thanks again I hope it lasts as long as the old one and will be looking for a battery back up :) Three weeks post op from hip surgery and the chair is a blessing and works perfect…I can change my position anytime and have slept in it since surgery..got a recliner cover because I’m using ice 24hr to protect leather… thanks again

Although this chair looks very nice and we were very excited about getting it home it's ripped up my floor!! Upon contacting seller they wanted to offer me $30 for the damage. That is ridiculous. They finally settled on a refund amount and I'm waiting for that. In the meantime Amazon is messing it all up saying a return was scheduled but it wasn't the return was refused by me. Unless you have concrete floors keep looking for a chair. Not very comfortable

I love this lift chair. I am 76 years old and it reclines all the way back so that I could sleep in it if need be. So far I haven't used the lift function but I have tested it and it is works great. I'm sure I will need it at some point later in my life.
