Nice looking and comfortable recliner at a great price. Came in 2 boxes, fairly heavy, but easy enough to put together. When I finished putting together I couldn't get the remote for the reclining to work, the other heat & vibration unit worked fine. Emailing seller in China and waiting 24 hrs or so back and forth due to time difference and somewhat of a language barrier was a bit frustrating but the seller always responded. Finally, not wanting to wait any longer to get the thing to recline I took it apart and put back together from square one and it worked. I'm assuming either there was a loose or pinched wire that corrected upon dis/reassembly. Everything has worked great since. Very nice looking and comfortable and the infinite positions are great.     • Great chair. Not so great instructions.
Comfortable chair. Just what I was looking for. Only issue the instructions do not tell you what to do with the screws and other metal parts. It tells you how to put the back and arms on and connect all cords but falls short of where to attach screws. I figured out they belong on the base because there were holes and I screwed them there. Also they should just say connect blue to blue, white to white, and red to red, instead it says 1 and 2 and the picture only shows 2 but there are clearly 3 colors. ... show more

Honestly, I wasn't expecting this to be so nice! Had this about 2 months and it still looks great even though my husband is really hard on recliners! Color matches my real leather sofa perfectly. Just got it, 2 boxes some confusion because they came on different days one had no tracking until the following day but was resolved. Large grey fabric is chenille, very nice color goes with everything. Easy assembly 15 min. Love the adjustable neck rest and extra foot length. Vibrating is just that different modes, heat is nice. Comfort overall from 1-10 I would say 8. Reclines all the way. Lift is perfect for people with difficulty, easy lite remotes x2. I would say nice chair for the price! I’m 5’7” good for my size, feet touch the ground with out dangling. Seat could have more padding you won’t sink in it. ... show more

I bought two of these for my best friends who are both having difficulties getting up and down. These have given them freedom to not be trapped until someone can help them. They are so proud of these that they show them off whenever they can. They are well made and heavy so they are secure and that gives peace of mind to all. I wish they had cup holders like some do. A table works just fine though. These are higher quality then most and I am glad that they look so nice as I hope they will use them a long time. ... show more

Got this for my lash suite and my clients love it! Extra wide so there is plenty of space if you need to put a lash tile down. The massage and heat functions are awesome but the charger port doesn’t work for me. Easy to put together, but it is heavy! Came in two big boxes.
