This has to be the most comfortable chair I have ever purchased, and I have gone through A LOT of office chairs. I bought this chair for my work office and instantly regretted not purchasing another one in the same color. I purchased the beige color and it matches my aesthetic completely. Hopefully they bring the beige one back in stock. As soon as they do, I will be purchasing because I now need one for my home office. Also, the manufacturer was smart by providing rubber wheels. Most chairs use plastic wheels and it's virtually impossible to glide smoothly on carpet. With the rubber wheels, I find myself being able to roll around my work office with no problems. Also, all of my coworkers are highly jealous of my chair as they are still using the company purchased chairs. Anyone who knows what those feel like, probably could understand. Anyways, absolutely love this chair and it may be a steep price, but it's worth it! Definitely recommend.

This chair really exceeded my expectations and I am a harsh critic, and rarely give such high marks. I highly recommend it. My package arrived in a single box and from opening to finishing the assembly took me about 15 minutes. Simple assembly and only one tool is required and it is included. This chair comes with some quality features only found on much more expensive office chairs. First thing I noticed was that rather than cheap plastic casters, with plastic wheels, the casters/wheels are very heavy duty and the wheels feel like high grade urethane, similar to skateboard wheels, with ball bearing hubs.... Rolling over uneven tile and carpet is a breeze... The next feature and one that reminded me of the great office chairs from years ago, rather than a molded plastic base, which often fail, this char base is welded steel! Heavy-duty reinforced welded base. The chair cushions are firm and well padded, and very comfortable. I had been looking for a good chair since purchasing and returning a Lazy Boy from Costco. The chair just was not comfortable and made me feel like I was being "dumped" on the floor... regardless of the adjustments. The base was plastic and casters were similar to those on all under $300 office/desk chairs.... So when my wife spotted this chair we thought we'd try it...glad we did. And if you are a little bigger person this chair is rated for 350 pounds...and you can believe it. It also has an air adjustable lumbar support, so the support can be adjusted to you individual taste. I had just been playing with the feature, and it works terrific. Not a cheap chair, but if you are tired of buying office desk chairs only to become dissatisfied and buy a new one, this chair could be a big savings.

The chair is comfortable. My husband likes the ability to lean back and prop his feet up on a stool. The adjustable height makes it easy to set a height where he’s able to get up. He can’t get up out of chairs that are too low. It came quickly and was well packaged. It took me about 35 minutes to put it together. I found it easier to put the arms on the back first. Just don’t tighten any of the arm screws until you get them all started. It came with an Allen wrench. The screws and parts were labeled.

I had another desk chair I purchased locally. after a few months the casters were locking up and the leather on the arms were falling apart and cracking with in weeks. I am very pleased with the casters on this chair, you can see the difference in quality of the casters and the workmanship, The ball pump works great for increasing the lumbar support. The quality of the material and workmanship is very good, the bonded leather is soft yet seems yo strong. I have back problems and need a good chair.

I needed a chair without armrests because the armrests of my otherwise perfectly ergonomic chair were pinching nerves in my elbows. Most other chairs without armrests are just too flimsy. But this one is awesome. It's soooo comfy, plus I can flip up those damned armrests so that they're out of the way. I do wish it was a tad more adjustable, but the pump-up low back support is better than anything I've had in a very long time. And while it would have perhaps been easier to do with my husband, I assembled it on my own without trouble. Took about 30 minutes.

I bought two of these for our small office, mainly based on the excellent rating earned on Amazon. I had previously purchased Lazyboy chairs, thinking they were a quality product. Boy, was I wrong and I've been kicking myself in the keister the past 5 years. I'm very impressed with the quality of these chairs. They deserve all the praise of the other reviews. Amazon was fast, the chairs were quick and simple to assemble and the materials look and feel enduring. My one and only critique at this point is that they top out height wise at what feels like about 2" short of what I'm used to. I sit at the computer at a lower height than I like. It's not terribly uncomfortable for me, but I could imagine someone taller than me (5'8") may want to rethink this purchase. That said, they're very attractive, quiet, comfortable and convenient with the fold up arms in our small office.

Chair is well made. Looks great and easy to assemble. The most difficult part of assembly is putting the back together. The instructions are a little misleading. I assembled by myself. All tools for assembly are included. I don't consider the chair an ergonomic chair. I do not think it will be as supportive as my previous ergonomic chair. Time will tell. Already not as comfortable. But a much better-looking chair. This chair is well constructed, and I think it will stand up over the test of time.

I had to send this chair back because the arm rests were to high for me and the head rest was a bit low for me. The chair is made extremely well and looks great. I really hated to send it back. It just dd not fit my body well. The Vendor had great communication, sent me a free shipping label and issued me my refund.
