The back is nice and tall, the chair assembled easily, the material feels good, and the padding is comfortable enough for sleep. The heater and massage function work well, but my feet hang off the end of the foot rest, which only supports down to my calves. I had to build a 6 inch lift for the base, then use metal brackets to add a leather covered, padded extension to the footrest. The brackets catch when I use the lift function, so I will need to modify them before I can use the chair to the fullest. But I can't really blame the designer; who knew tall people had long legs?! ... show more

We got this for my 75 year old mom after she had total hip replacement surgery because she wanted to sleep in this. She didn't want a hospital bed and plans on using the recliner as regular furniture. We like the material and comfort of the chair and my mom has sat/slept on it for a week and she likes it. We put a soft blanket on top to protect it from getting dirty. My mom is 5 feet tall and 110 pounds. We paid $99 for Amazon assembly and the lady was very professional and nice. ... show more
