I bought this carrier for traveling with American Airlines. It meets airline specifications. Choose an aisle seat as trying to get carrier under middle or window seats is a bit challenging. The pet bed is a piece of partical board in a zippered pouch. One side is plush the other side is a backing fabric. I added a 1" piece of foam to the top of the board for more comfort for my cat. We had long treks with splits/cracks in concrete, and grassed lawns to traverse. It did tip over once. This happened when going up sidewalk blind persons bumpy curved corner. My bad. I didn't take it straight on. It hauled my cat safely. Over pavement and through grass. I haven't tried sand but my brains are telling me "Don't do it!" Sand getting into wheel bearings would be bad! The one and only thing which might improve this pet transporter is to have two fixed wheels to help control steering. Having all four wheels spin in 360° is nice in certain conditions but when traversing across sloped pavement. For instance: parking garage entrances; the carrier's 360° wheels, weight of cat, and gravity played havock! The carrier swung out from behind me towards the downward slope of the driveway. I recommend this pet carrier, just beware of its antics ;)

The media could not be loaded. I was really pleasantly surprised with this carrier. The wheels install and remove easily and there’s so many ways to get into the carrier. The zippers are good quality and lock together. The handle is the perfect size for me and it retracts well. Top opening is key for the vet so that was a required feature. The cat I am actually using this for is large and will be wearing a cone after surgery tomorrow so I needed a bigger carrier. It says it’s good for an 18” long cat but it’s tight. For the cat I demoed in the video it’s good but for the cat I’m bringing we will see. Because I have to go into NYC with him and walk from the parking deck to the animal hospital, there was no way I could handle him on my bad shoulders. This will do well. The pad is not really “paddy” so I’ll layer a towel in there.

I’ve tried so many dog carriers and it is so far the best I have used. It’s not too big on the 737-900 under the seat but it can squeeze it in. The handle doesn’t fall down when you let go like some other brands. It’s easy to take off the wheels.

This carrier was easy to assemble. I left it out and Patsy uses it as an afternoon nap spot. Today is the first time we’ve ventured out. It was time to go to the vet, I zipped the entry to the carrier pulled up the handle and rolled to the car. Now we’re waiting our turn at the dreaded vet’s office. The carrier part was a great success.

Flew United A319 and A320. This carrier did not fit easily under the window seat in front of me but I we managed. I jammed it under the seat without hurting my dog. Though it didn’t leave any foot room for me. I read the center seat has more room. Very easy to remove the wheelbase. Nice telescoping handle I’m 5’6-1/2”. Nice meaneuverability in the airport. I bought an additional fluffy pillow and my dog was very comfortable.

I used this carrier for my cat during a 2000 mile road trip. I like that you have options for pulling/rolling or carrying it over your shoulder. Reluctant at first, she eventually preferred the carrier, because it was cozy and she felt safe. The carrier was just the right size for my 9 pound cat, she had plenty of visibility and it fit well on the lap of the passenger. By the second day, she had settled in and the non-stop vocalizing eventually slowed to silence. Even now, she will retreat to the carrier when I vacuum the room or anything else that frightens her. Most importantly, in this carrier she made the trip safely and suffered no ill effects from the 5 day trip.
